Sudocrem is good after bathing the wound in Luke warm salt water , then in the evening another salt bathe and smear the wound in runney honney , don't ask did this with my lurcher after he was clawed by an alsation,a freind recomended this it worked a treat hardly any scaring now ,

Thecshavings are usually pine , I don't have any probs dumping them at the tip , back to pine shavings the only thing that grows in a pine forest is well pine and a bit of braken so even toted down will be very acidic not to good for the garden

Oh cheryl's not top girl idea , that seat is held by Florence same as ruby when she's on form just long enough to get a mark dig to the bunny then she gives you a glance turns her back and off again , she's a lovely ferret unless you happen to have long ears and are fluffy , I have her daughter now who has that bit more muscle all the jills came out big the size of small to medium hobs power houses , fieldsportsman on here has one of them , had them out yesterday on some pest control and to be honest daughter was just piping mother to that top spot , very happy the future looks very bright

Cheers mate, that's Ruby, my best jill. Not the best photos of her, i'll get some more at some point. She is very 'direct' Those pics were taken the other way around, i opened the box, and as soon as she saw the rabbits, started chattering and leapt out of the box to 'have it' with them I've seen her try to climb a tree we have dead rabbits hanging on. She's a wee bit obsessed. I am hopefully having a litter from her this year (in 2 weeks), my first in a long time, to keep the blood line going and get in some new troops!
