Talking about raptors has nothing to do with ferrets. Ones a animal and ones a bird and i have never seen dry food for raptors. As some who keeps a hell of a lot of animals i think i should know about feeding them. It more about Ideation attitude that worries me and make me think he should not be keeping ferrets. The r.s.p.c.a think was done in anger but i think i have hit a nerve. He sounds scared and knows it thats why he is keeping this thing going. Right then mr farmer during the 80s cattle were fed pelets made from ground down sheep carcases was this the best food for them at the time

There was an article in the countrymans weekly last winter about a bloke who doesn't feed raw meat and he reckoned they didn't kill in , in my eyes and this is only my personal preferance I call these ferrets jackers , I mean I'm not saying all ferrets fed on biscuit would do this . but I like a ferret that will clear a warren and not surface till the last, or dug to to retrieve the last , I mean if it wont kill we all know there's going to be rabbits left in a stop end and I have dug to 4 rabbits bottled up not millions but that's me being honest . I've seen some good sized hobs manage to squeze through nets anyhow a good ferret shouldn't surface that much anyway if there's rabbits in there , a ferret poping in an out all the time usually isn't doing the bis .
