    Yes they are,I agree about the trigger, but handsome is as handsome does for me, but what gets me is the damn thing sounds like it should be doing about 3ftlbs, it is so bloody quiet in the field, I wanted something different to the norm, and it looks like I have got it

    So Thursday, I take delivery of my new springer, a (performance calibre) .177 Walther LGV master pro, stripped it Thursday night,have to say I am impressed with the internal engineering, not a bit of swarf or a sharp edge anywhere, not even lathered in grease, so a de-grease, and re-lube with some dri slide etc and a polish of the spring ends, I slapped a AGS swat scope on it and went to my mates to zero it,now bearing in mind, I had just cleaned the barrel, and have no idea what pellets it likes, I started using superdomes, a rough zero at 10 yards, then out to 30 yards well to say I am stag

    Not had chance to get out much at all, going out foxing/rabbiting fri night, it will be crap due to the moon, but going to go anyway just to get out.

    You are not allowed a semi auto rifle bigger than .22wmr, so unless you mean them, how can they ban something you cannot hold in the first place? Seams to be referring to the EU.

    Never had a problem with mine, and when tested against a very expensive (cant recall the name) that a mate had, it was bang on the money every time.

    I am with coypu on this one, I have fired some out of the box .22 Weihrauch rifles that sounded and felt like a car crash, and equally some .177 that felt rather refined,take two identical rifles in both calibres, and tune them to the same degree, and the .22 will perhaps feel a little less lively,but I am talking a little bit here, however I would always put up with a tiny bit more recoil, to benifit from the superior performance, of the performance calibre .177

    For sale as I no longer require them, genuine height adjustable Sprtsmatch 30mm mounts, extra high, perfect for a Yukon Photon NV scope, or indeed any scope, perhaps on a springer suffering fro barrel droop, mint condition, £40.00 posted, big saving on new, cheers.

    So to re-cap, on application or renewal of a sgc or fac all convictions,cautions,discharges,including conditional, and absolute discharges, must be put down on the application form, failure to do so could potentially land you in hot water.

    I would get a .177 mate, then the pellet will have killed them before they had chance to see it coming but good grouping pal.

    Yes it is, you clearly do not know what you are talking about sir, a caution counts as a conviction, and must be put down on application or renewal, as must even an absolute discharge, but hey what do I know, I have only had shotguns and section one firearms for a combined 32 years

    A caution is most certainly a conviction mate. All offences except parking tickets, need to be put on application.
