    had the same a few years ago neighbour complained about dogs barking the other neighbour pulled me and said he had asked them to complain as well as it needed two she told him she never heard em dont know if its changed council bloke came out when we werent there then came back later and said the only time the dogs barked was when he walked down the path into the garden and looked over the gate and told me the wasnt a problem .funny thing was about a month later twxt that complained was on holiday dogs going mad 3 in the morning went out told em to belt up somebody nicked all the twxts garden
