if i had to do that with my dog id be looking at my fitness training. sorry mate just being honest. No worries mate...whys that then mate.Im always happy to learn. The electrolytes will help with cramps from losing salt ect and build up of lactic acid in the muscle...That has nothing to do with fitness. your just replacing what has been lost.The b12 helps to produce energy rather than the dog running on a full belly. A good dog dont need all that sh*t point i was trying to fu*king make in the first fu*king place! very lady like........

am new to the game my self so al let folk who no more than me advise you my pups around the same age and will chase my lad when hes running over the park,and with being a strong pup i wont have this,the pup gets told shes older nuff to no now when shes doing something wrong i no she still a pup but i wont have her knocking him over,mine being a pup will run up to folk over the park now and then but past week or to she seems to no i dont realy like it,only realy take het to the park is to get her good with other dogs
