edited to add, a bit rich that, given all the links you have put up on here to your site and FB page.......... No malice was intended, the web page designer ( if thats the correct word ) is not a member on here, So I am asking formally would You like, or Ian b like a link to the awl page? maybe the correct thing to do, would have been to contact this sites owner prior to posting links to your own sites or any others If both clubs are working in the interest of lurchers why should there be a problem......or this one if them "us and them" type things? not at all mate, but it is good manne -
Imagine every feeling from depressed to ecstatic and have a few collie x's and you'll feel every one. They're all the same but none are alike.

Can one of your steering group get on the Council of Hunting? Would you need a member on the council to make it work? There is one seat for "lurchers" on the Council, Alan Tyers holds that due to historic reasons. If you need to be on the council for a "lurcher organisation" to work is an interesting topic that remains to be answered in the future. -
baw started a thread about him a good few years back, think the guy is a bit of a fruitcake and as a hit list.

Yes ,Giro felt aggrieved at being left out of the original steering group may be rightly, I thought Rob(DEWCLAW69) and Giro resolved the problem apparently not. Rob thought the bad feeling would not help to move things on so he withdrew from the steering committee of LAGBI as to why and wherefore only Giro and Rob could answer fully if they were of a mind to. What were the reasons for not having giro on the steering commitee, after all he started the ball rolling so to speak? -

Not wanting any details but if this getting into the realms of personal gripes/dislikes etc then I'd not be comfortable joining either club tbh. No no, family happenings lol, i apologised for not replying to their initial reply for a few hours due to family matters. Cheers for that. -

Here you go Steve, hope its ok to copy and post. The Association for the Working Lurcher/Longdogs THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE WORKING LURCHER/LONGDOG. The Association of Lurcher Clubs has been recognised as the governing body for lurcher/Longdog work for the past twenty years. Working closely with the Countryside Alliance, we have fought many battles, first to try to stop the hunting ban and since the ban, to repeal an unjust law. The ALC and the CA worked together with other hunting associations to fight for ALL types of hunting. The Council of Hunting Associations (CHA) being the g -
I know its a bit childish butt.......afterall Paloma Faith and Wayne Barnes are still in it too. On a serious note though Nigel Owens is the best ref around at the moment and most teams would want him reffing.
