    a friend of mine is retiring from his shop in a few weeks and he has on offer a bulk order of .25 ammo. They are made by H&N and are called Ram point. Each tin has 200 pellets and i think he has about 28(?) boxes to get rid of. He knows it is a strange calibre but he has asked me to try and move them on to someone who uses this calibre. All he is looking for is a reasonable offer to save throwing them in with the rest of his stock for the shop clearers. PM ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY INFO.

So easy to make and so easy to set but hard to stop folks from stealing once set.     go to halfords and buy their own make of trickle charger, charges at 1.5amps and it wont feck the life of your batt. Best bit is there only 9.99p

    if its possible move the light either backwards or forwards a little or cock it off to one side a little. even if you change the collour of the moderator you may still get the shadow in the sight pic

    I dont see how using a locator has taken away any of the field craft needed to go ferreting, only differance is your not stood around ages waiting for a ferret to return if it has killed or balked up a rabbit under ground. You as the ferreter has a very small part to play in ferreting anyhow, when you look at it from a base level all we do is place a few nets over the holes, enter ferret and stand back. The field craft is still there weither you use a locator or not. Ive seen many of the so called old time ferreters who wouldnt know the first thing about fieldcraft, talking,smoking ect....

    I think what should be mentioned is the law changes since the ban on gins came into force. you only have to look at todays laws regarding the siting of any trap and how it is to be checked to understand that years ago the gin would by the sounds of it been open to a fair amount of missuse. Of course a trap is only as effective or dangerouse as the person setting it and not the mechanics of how a trap works. With the implimentations and changes to trap design along side the laws about legal use, have in my opinion made them a worthy weopon in the fight against pests and in many ways nolonger th

    best bit on the vid for me was when his mrs chinned a rabbit, threw it on the pile and the poor fecker ran off with its neck dislocated but not broken. Watch it and you will see what i meen.     Too right teach them the pros and cons of good gun ownership as well as the dangers of bad ownership and start them off right. i show my 2 children ever new gun i get, let them hold it, use it safely in my company and they go away having no desire or temptation to try and handle them when im not home. they know they are kept under lock and key for everyones safety. Make something out of bounds and children want it all the more. let them get involved in a controlled manner and it is far less likely to end in tradegy.
