    yes it was her first litter and dont remember any strange noises and my area is fairly quiet,ive been feeding plenty this time and giving them bits of rabbit and the kits are having a go at them aswell.so lets hope there ok this time

    just a bit of advice really,last year i bred my jill and got 6 babies but at around 5 week she killed them all,so this time she has had 8 and there 4 week old now but i was just wondering if you have to take them away from the mother at a certain age?is this why she killed the last litter?and when do there eyes open?thanks

    i think they are either soft mouthed or hard mouthed just depend which you get most bull x munch the ones ive seen do anyway,although i took my saluki bull grey out the other night for the first time and he got 4 rabbits and crunched 1st one other 3 never had any marks and were alive

    aye i know its rock hard here but we had the runs in fields with a decent covering of grass and it had put some rain down that day

    his dam was 1x bull greyhound sire was 1x saluki greyhound he is a tad under 27" and 70lb he retrieved the last one aswell and did not hunt up on the one that got away so thats a good start

    decided with it being a good dark windy night last night i would take duke for his first few runs he got the first 3 in a few turns missed the 4th as another lifted as he was on the chase and confused him,and he caught the 5th so 4/5 i was over the moon,and by the end of the night he was watching down the beam he is a saluki grey x bull grey

    ive just started doing it,i do 1.8mile to the pond dogs have a good swim and mess in the water and then back home they love it and get a decent work out

    my 3 yr old bitch saluki whip grey x 1/4bull grey is a real funny dog will run home if you raise your voice but when out hunting is a total different dog,it does my head in but i got her at 8mnth and she might of been miss treat before i got her,timmid dogs can get you down cos more they play up madder you get and it gets worse,best thing to do is keep cool

    i like saluki x ive got 2 at the moment and just got rid of 1 the one i got rid of was really biddable werent to good at retrieve but was fast and good strike and turn,she was 1/4saluki 3/4coursing gh the lad who got her is over the moon with her,my pup saluki bull grey has been easy to train and retrieves dummy on water/land aint tryed him on real stuf yet tho but is looking good and my bitch saluki whippet greyhound with a touch of bull is biddable and did retrieve to hand until a lad i know slipped his dog when mine was retrieving and she wont do it with dogs around now but all in all i rat

    minshaw dogs were lamp dogs mate not coursing dogs,the best lamp dog ive seen was minshaw blood but not a hare killer in the day, hourses for courses

    i tried barcollar and squirting him as a pup but non worked,should maybe try again although with water he goes in the kennel before you get near him,other than that he is a great dog and showing good potential

    well got him at 13week now he is 12month he is a saluki bull grey from day 1 he didnt like being in the kennel and he cryed all the time he is with another dog and gets plenty walks he aint to bad now but he yaps like mad if i go out or when he sees me he even yaps and crys when im walking him,and if i take my older dog out he goes mental,im dreading winter when i take her out and leave him.my neighbours will be unhappy, has anyone had this problem and any ideas how to stop it as its getting on my wick and it needs to stop

    frank its simple. it works out 4 me or not fingers crossed time will tell mate i sold a 3/4grey 1/4saluki to a lad from stranrae a couple of month ago,i had no doubt this bitch could do it and i was honest with the lad telling him exactly what the bitch had done,he is over the moon with her now she turns them inside out and is fast as fook,and i got rid of the bitch as she was a daytime dog and i mainly lamp so that was a good honest dog for sale with a good reason not everyone is out to rob people

    should make decent dogs,just think about what you want from the dog,i would think saluki greyhound x collie greyhound would be a better allrounder
