    Got the same gun in my cabinet. one of the local gun smiths valued mine £300-£400 without seeing it. the barrels on mine have been powder coated.

    Never had much luck finding decent waters around the area. me and the mrs went ton the area on our honeymoon. ended up renting a private lough and rowing boat all to ourselves,caught a few brownies and gave the mrs a rooting on the boat in the middle of the lough

    The hungerford canal angling website is new and totaly unfinished. there is so much more needs adding/updating. The lake,im not sure who has fished it lately but as the water warms is when it tends to fish well as does most waters although the canal is starting to produce carp. the weights average from a few wild carp around 10lb-15lb. mirrors and commons expect to weigh 12lb-30lb, nothing smaller.

    FAIR PLAY, ISNT THE PROOF IN THE PUDDING IF WE DO A GOOD TIDY UP, THAY CAN BE WORKED FOR YEARS. Sad thing is mate the second time I was there someone else had dug it and left two holes open. If I caught them I swear down I would have rolled f**k out of them. Took me 1 hour and a half to backfill there mess. Made me feel sick. FTB see,you are another mans bitch and have a purpose in life

    All lakes,well most that hold good fish are over fished. There is a small lake called Barton court in kintbury,near hungerford,berkshire that produces fish often over the 20lb mark Plus, hungerford canal has fish up tp 30lb.. Also produces good bags of roach,dace,bream and perch. any interest fishing the canal,get a permit,either day or a season ticket as i will be asking for them

    FFS man,are you suggesting this chap docks the 3 MONTH old pup?? dont listen to this tool,take the pp to your vet pal. Laws are somewhat different in scotland as they are in the states and docking a 3 MONTH old with a 'POSSIBLE' broken tail
