  9. easiest way is get to a decent gun shop and try before you buy mate. I got my S10 from Bagnall & Kirkwoods on Grey Street in Newcastle mate, great bunch of lads, have a feel of a few rifles and choose the one that you like the feel of, they have some good 2nd hand deals on too on rifle/scope combos Darryl
  10. well done mate nice grouping... just a small question nothing serious...why didnt you adjust your POA (point of aim) to compensate for the POI(point of impact)to hit bullseye or were you just going for groupings Darryl

  15. OH NO !! Why are you sick of it , and why do you want a new one ? What was the reason you brought it in the first place ? Just remember this , a Gat Gun , or a Walther Dommie will make no difference to your shooting . After all a rifle is only as good as the bloke on the wooden end Buster Air Arms S410k BTAS Air Arms MPR FT Both .177 Well said that man!! However I'd say HW all the way.... those that say its too heavy need to grow a set of arms Darryl
  16. as snapshot said, you will need to adjust the objective lens to your desired range You can do this by selecting your desired zero range then to set parallax focus, undo the locking ring on the objective lens turn the objective parallax ring( the threaded bit) until the picture becomes crystal clear at your given shooting distance. Replace/retighten the locking ring and you are done. Hope this helps Darryl
  17. Bit of fun here but how many of you would still hunt our fluffy little friend if it was capable of this....... http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=GB#/watch?xl=xl_blazer&v=XcxKIJTb3Hg Darryl
  18. ah...the OX NATO....used to use them years ago in my old Webley Vulcan and Omega Great for close range stuff....not too great at distance I found Darryl
  19. Nice way to kill his ferrets. Apparently starlings have something round their liver that is toxic Darryl
  20. nice one....whatever makes the shooter more comfortable eh!! Yes prefer the HW to the S10 now, seems a lot more comfortable to use Darryl
