  11. Absolute rubbish. Talk to the Kennel Club and find your local clubs, then phone up the secretary of each club, tell them what you are doing and ask fo a membership form. We are a friendly lot and always welcome new members as you are the lifeblood of any working club. Go for it Missyand ignore the merchants of doom and gloom - they will never amount to anything anyway. Good luck only going by experience seen very good dogs not even entered because off it.Hope u all the best in ur quest if thats wat u want 2 do
  12. why dont u call in and have a chat with the tenants tell them date and time u wish to shoot the field. Ask if they dont mind early noise if nothing else it will stop armed police stopping in with u and tenants might be able to tell u were birds are in ur fields. local knowledge is best knowledge u might even get a shooting partner out of it ATB Andy

  19. Thanks for the input, I can get the scope for 210€ new from a dealer which is a pretty good price I reckon. 200-250€ is the price range I am willing to pay.. I actually use a 3-12x56 meopta on my .308 and I am absolutely satisfied with it - but I just don't see me spending 700€ on a scope for a .222 i use a 8-32x 56 milldot AGS great little cheapish scope cant fault day or nite. just another option atb
  20. its a hard call. me personally wont shoot a adult fox this time off year because off the cubs . but have no prob shooting cubs u should go back take a experienced rifle man or terrier man have a look about for a cub hole missing its vixen and destroy the cubs. only my personal view but if rabbit shooting most im seeing are about 1/4 grown not much eating on them not wait couple off months then have big eatable rabbits hard to beat unless ur overrun with them atb
