  1. Who needs the fish when you can get a large portion of chips for £1.55 (but they are all you would want to eat chip wise, and the best chips I've had), and then a trip to the local supermarket gets you a small cake for another £1.50!!
  2. They are good bits of kit, but if you shoot them at less than 30yds with an airgun pushing close to the maximum, they tend to bend a bit. It's also a good idea if you have neighbours to line the back with old carpet and locate it in a stout wooden box to deaden the noise a bit. Yeah, that was what I was afraid of (the bending, not the noise)...oh well, no harm in trying other than the loss of £20 So when they're next listed I'll buy one. Thanks for the advice everyone, greatly appreciated.
  3. Hehe, I forgot to look at the time remaining but it says he's got more than ten remaining so will probably relist them soon.
  4. One more question: would the following be good enough to buy? It's just that I live about £2s (train fare) and twenty minutes from the seller and so could collect meaning the overall price would only be £18.95, so are they worth that much? HERE Just a note: This website sells them for £31 inc. postage and other sells them for more...
  5. Cheers guys, I'll bear that in mind, now I've just got to design a good little road block for all major entrances: was thinking two bamboo sticks, some chickenwire and a sign. Should do the job (nothing thats free or cheap could stop them coming in if they actively wanted to) and can roll up and place somewhere out of the way when not in use (or be permanent (maybe)). Thanks once again.
  6. This is just a discussion between me and my dad about shooting: I'm 14, and the quote in the original post (I just noticed I cut out "Persons over the age of 14 but under 18:". Because in a private place, with permission, obviously, someone such as me in the aforementioned age category does not need supervision, but in a "public place" I would. My opinion is that a public place is like a road, or council owned place sort of thing, but my dad's opinion is that a public place is anywhere that members of the general public are able to go be it with permission or otherwise. So if I'm right, a fiel
  7. Just a quick question: what is the definition of a public place as opposed to private premises. I think it's privately owned rather than council owned sort of thing, but my dad thinks it's done on whether or not members of the general public go across there: a field with a large barbed fence is private, one with no obvious barriers, if used by the public, counts as a public place...? I hope I've been clear Oh, and our source:
  8. Grim, would that work with springers? It's just that I've heard that the recoil on them makes using bipods useless so I haven't bought one, would be good to have some clarification on the matter
  9. You could say the same about Peter Crouch.
  10. On any thread, click the Options in the top right of the thread starter's post and select "Standard" beneath "Display Modes". All done
  11. He's being the bigger man and ignoring it. Hiho >>clicky<<
  12. I had to get a banana skin out of my dogs mouth yesterday , she will eat the banana as well if given the chance would it do a dog any harm I give my dog most sorts of fruits and he loves them and doesn't seem to harm him in any way. BUT most seeds (for example, apples) contain a little bit of cyanide. I mean, the amount in the average apple core won't hurt a dog (providing they only eat one every few days) but to be on the safe side I would recommend taking any seeds/pips out of any fruit before giving it to them.
  13. I'm sorry but...umm...I think the main thing is that he has sexual intercourse with a not only another species but one so physically different to himself, and with that in mind I don't think the rape victim's gender is a big issue here..
  14. Stealthy!! You're outdated you numpty!! According to super nanny (oh praise her, God) a naughty step is now the correct thing.
  15. Good lad. Hope there is for you yet young Aaron. Resist the dark side you must or a plonker you will become. ATB Michael Don't you love how the "sorry buster." is all in lowercase as though he's mumbling it with his head hung in disgrace? Or am I just thinking too much
  16. Oh my god. Lol. But I suppose you learn something new everyday: an AK47 is only £270!! Fackin hell.
  17. Very nice pics, and you could upload them to youtube (or photobucket) and link us to the video.
  18. Yeah, I've seen that vid before. You should check out some of his other stuff; namely .
  19. Bear grylls is a fake and a nob Yep, I agree with you on that, especially the second point, but he can still be interesting/amusing to watch.
  20. Cheers! That looks good, thanks mate.
  21. Cheers, mate, I didn't think to look! But there's never that much: generally just clips from shows, there are very few entire episodes from anything on youtube (at least ones with quality good enough to make it watchable, imo).
  22. D'you mind me asking what virus protection you have?
  23. That may well be (which...well, it is ) but he is quite good and is very watchable...if you get my drift. But both bear grylls and survivorman (haven't heard of him before but looking on wiki he sounds very good!!) would be brilliant and I'd be very grateful.
  24. I don't suppose that anyone would be kind enough to send me a few Ray Mears DVDs: I'll copy them so they can all be in the next day's post, i'll pay postage and that - it's just that they're not on tv and they cost much more than I can afford. Thanks.
