  4. Flick the light on, spot your bunnys, light off..... ...a bit of stalking, light on and check range, light off...... ...get into range, light on pointing up, bring the lamp down onto target one in the bag!!!

  6. I think I'd have to go with the Daystate although I haven't shot the others. My choice would be to try all then you know what is best for you! Daystates are lovely though................. Andy
  7. I agree with Phantom, I think it's to do with the additional tolerences that are introducted when using a magazine. Andy
  8. With metal on metal I've alwys though heat to expand the item which then breaks the seal and should enable you to unscrew! LLet us know how you get on!! Good Luck, Andy

  12. I have a Deben Atom, nice size and good weight on the gun. One thing to consider is battery life and how you will us it. Nothing worse than your lamp running out of juice half way through the night!!! Andy

Narrow your choice down to a few guns then shoulder them and see how they feel, I was told if you like the way it feels that will give you more confidence when shooting and thats half the battle won!! For that sort of money you can pretty much have the choice of most! Looking forward to hearing what you go for, my first gun was HW77K, a cracking riffle. Andy

  21. My first gun was the HW77K, now I can only pass on what I hav been told about it..... ....it's a sprnger for life!!! I personally have got on very well with it and although it is slightly on the heavy side I've never found it to be a problem! Andy
