I'm sure they were mate, i always thought they craved the attention almost more than anything else.........which I thought was a bit silly. Another little local mob who all the little chavs thought were the dogs bollocks are now either dead or behind the door for so long they are finished........except the accountant.......he's doing alright ! Lol Nope, I never said that......I exchanged small talk with them one night in a pub and that was about it......all 2 minutes of it but they were polite enough, no reason not to be to a stranger I suppose. Raquels now there was a shit hole,that and Jets in Southend and a few others that slip my mind the doors were all run by the same little mob who were all owned by the same big mob.......from Canning Town through Dagenham out to Southend the dough all ended up in the same pockets and to this day never had a finger pointed at them which is the difference between people who keep their nut down and earn dough and those who want to run about shouting their mouths off.....only in my opinion of course. There used to be a club called Raquels back in the day in Basildon, I had a set too with a bouncer there because they pulled some 7 stone wet through kid backwards down the stairs and 4 of them absolutely savaged him......I thought they were gonna kill the kid. I didn't know the kid, I just thought it was a terrible Liberty.......truth be told he was probably a stranger serving up who didn't buy his stock off the blokes the doormen worked for. I dont hate doormen at all mate, like all people I have met some really nice lads and I have met some right pricks..........and I certainly don't hate anyone in this world nearly half as much as I hate traffic wardens!

So lads, I'm after having some kit for spinning......it will be pike, salmon and trout. I have no clue where to begin so advice on rods, lures, line strength etc would be much appreciated. Been coarse fishing all my life but have no experience of game fishing at all. Cheers

i was watching a quiz show the other day,one question was ,,,,when did londons population get back up to the same as 1939,,,,,,the three choises were 1955,,,95,,,or 2015,,,,,i thought it would be 55 but was shocked it was 2015.... with the two world wars ,,,and spanish flue in the early 20th centuray,,,we lost alot of humans That's mad, I am shocked that there were 10 million people in London in 1939 !!!
