I could never get the mindset for running alone, something competitive where you are doing battle against another player was the only thing that motivated me. Mate of mine took up running and I was talking to him about it the weekend, asked him how he wasn’t bored as f**k but he said once you start to see the results it motivates you to do more.....got to say, he shifted a pile of fat and looks good for it. I could do with shifting a stone or two myself, I’ve got a decade start on you but I’m still playing football but if I was lighter it would be better still.

Maybe it’s tinfoil hat time but I’m sat in England at the moment......I happened to watch an ad break on the tele the other day.......not a single advert with white people.......sorry forgive me, there was one......a bird with a black bloke as part of a mixed race couple. This is f***ing England!........you would have thought you were in Africa! A directive over here says they HAVE to include so many black people in adverts disproportionately to the actual percentage of population.......yes, that directive is a real thing! Thats propaganda mate, and I can’t help but wonder why?

Like lots of other people in the world, my old man died when I was 11. My mother never knew how to do anything because she had never had too and so when the money ran out we had f**k all. I personally believe what I see mate, and what I see is it’s a cultural thing......that would be the reason and that is what we would need to tackle? It would be like trying to stop a dog pissing up a lamp post.......some things are obviously just in the nature of the beast and you won’t stop that.......there is no way to tackle it. You won’t stop Fido pissing by telling him he’s a good boy all the time and kicking the cat up the arse to prove how good the dog is.

There’s not one reason and “gangs” come in all different guises. Do you specifically mean Black Street gangs? If we are talking criminal gangs in general, then for White lads it tends to be isolated groups of more mature blokes going about their criminal business......it’s a working arrangement rather than a cultural/lifestyle thing. I was at Hyde Park yesterday, from Trafalgar Square to Green Park Station was lifting with police in full riot gear. The March was well attended (and heavily policed) and the behaviour that I witnessed was faultless.
