Never had a go of NV but I had a go of my pals thermal imager and it’s literally amazing ! When you look through a thermal imager you realise how much gear you are walking past when out lamping.......TI shows everything, everywhere.

That’s a pretty negative view imho mate. You made mistakes, everyone does and everyone’s entitled to but I suppose you are only an idiot if you keep making the same ones. Its no good (again imho) if you are viewing yourself in that light, self reflection is a rare enough trait these days but I think it’s just as important to realise your good points as well as your failings. There is a massive difference between being “a heartless c**t” and being careful about the company you keep because they don’t do you any good.......I suppose the trick would be not to get involved with anyo

I don’t know if this is relevant to the thread or not, but my brother lost a wife and twins in childbirth years ago. He then married again and had a son and daughter, his daughter was born with quiet severe Down’s syndrome. When she was born my dad told me he came to him and cried like a baby and my old man told him “You had her now you love her and look after her” He took that girl everywhere with him her whole life, she is 47 now, go’s to her centre every day to work......that little girl bought so much love into all our lives it’s just not true. Sometimes the things you

Oddly enough mate, I’m not so black and white on most subjects as people may think......I understand there are shades of gray in almost every situation. However, I think now days we look at a lot of things arse upwards. We come at most things from a position of acceptance so after that there not much argument. I think we should start at “No” and work back if you get my drift
-
Now that is something I think everyone can understand and sympathise with.

As I said before though mate, that’s more a social problem than a woman problem......we shouldn’t be killing babies as a get out of jail card because we live in a world where every f***ing type of weirdness and character flaw is considered “Ok” (I know you ain’t suggesting that by the way )
-
Here’s the thing, in extreme or tricky situations......nobody knows what to do, we are all just making it up as we go along. However, I’d like to think a proper chap wipes his mouth, puffs out his chest and deals with it in the kindest, most sensible way. Helping someone who is in a dark place and who you have the ability or responsibility to help isn’t even a choice really in my book......but, everyone is different.

I don’t know what your relationship status has ever been mate, but I won’t be too hard on you about your opinion. Its a young mans way of looking at things, when you have been with a good woman for 20 years and she has stood by you through all sorts then you would feel very differently. Only if after all that time and those trials and tribulations did you felt the same would you be a bit of a dick.

Depends what you mean by easier......

I know that was posted purely to prevoke a response but anyway, it’s bollocks ! Lol

There probably isn’t as many people doing that as the popular myth would portray I reckon mate. I think there would be a case to say that many, many people can’t afford to work and that circumstance itself would lead to them feeling depressed.

Bloke in the town killed himself this week just out of the blue, two pre school kids and one in the way he had......I’m sorry, but in my book he is one selfish b*****d. However, there is definitely something going on because your hear about suicides all the bloody time and there is no getting away from the fact that it’s terribly sad and there is a genuine problem somewhere. its definitely isn’t as easy as just cheering someone up that’s for sure......it has to be a constant hell for everyone effected by it and those around them. In the UK it’s young people I feel sorry for.....
-
The most important thing to avoid if you are feeling down is booze !........that shit don’t do anyone any favours. Suicide is a massive problem at the minute........I have to say, I can see why.
-
It’s f***ing depressing isn’t it mate
-
I think that’s a really important point mate, it should absolutely be thought of as a serious operation for serious reasons not (as we do now) a first choice, go to option that barely anyone gives a second thought.

Written by an author whose subjects include witchcraft and who’s sole experience of parenthood and child birth is having a pet rabbit called “Lucifer” ! Outstanding !

I lived on the corner of a street mate and they would occasionally bark if someone was f***ing about outside the fence.......end of the day, that’s what they were there for. Other than that, they just laid around like most dogs so the complaint was bollocks anyway. Dogs will bark, it’s what they do and the Doberman’s did at strange noises or commotion in the area of their garden. Funny enough my lurchers and terriers didn’t......don’t ask me why.

Fair point mate but it’s like this, if we were throwing 50,000,000 people in ovens at age 35 then the whole world would have something to say and anyone saying “it’s a good thing, less people” would be labelled a monster. I got the arse torn off me on here for saying I wasn’t really emotional about Grenfell tower.........but 50 million babies is fine? As I say, it’s because it’s unseen that nobody minds.
-
I think the crux of the matter is, responsibility and moral values promoted in society just don’t pay very well.......whereas dismembering infants probably pays handsomely (as the myriad clinics will testify) Its not a problem with women, it’s a problem with society in general and the skewed compass that seems to guide the modern world.
-
I think what’s important is that, whatever your opinion (or not) of the subject, we shouldn’t sanitise it........it is what it is and it’s howling anyway you look at it.
-
Yep, years ago......came home and my mother was in tears with some council busy body sitting in the front room getting all heavy about it. Told them to f**k right off then went across the road to the person I knew had complained and told them if I came home to my mother in tears again I’d break his back. Never heard another word.

As for queers getting married, I’m not that bothered about it......if they want to call it “marriage” then crack on, we all know it isn’t. I don’t really have a problem with poofs, if they want to cut about arseholing each other that’s down to them long as they ain’t hurting anyone.........however, don’t anyone try and tell me it normal because one look in the pants of a man and a woman tells you clearly it isn’t. What will also come as a surprise to most people I’m sure is that I don’t have a problem with gays adopting kids, better a kid in a loving environment than some shitty care
