Yes, excuse my fat fingered spelling mistake…everyone will be dragged into it, that’s where Weimar Republic politics got us the last time, it’s where the communist revolution ended up…..socialism always ends with catastrophe, always has, always will ! That’s not to say empire building is a peaceful endeavour, it never has been but it’s certainly not nearly as lethal save for say WW1 which in reality was more a case of old world arguments and battle tactics encountering modern mechanised killing machines.

I’ve said this for a while now in conversations we have all had on this forum, I bet a least 50% of premier league players now just couldn’t compete in the mid 90s to mid 20s game……they wouldn’t even get in the team and if they did get in the team they wouldn’t be robust enough to last 10 minutes ! I’ll take a really obvious easy thing to highlight…..shin pads !!! We have had such a beige group who stand for absolutely nothing , believe in nothing, have no strong opinions running the world for so long that I think Trump is a genuine shock to the system for even the most cynical lads ! We have not had this in our lifetime ! I just think, he is the totally logical outcome of everything that came before…..I’d be more shocked if we never got a Trump after the insanity of the last several decades.
