British army is way more powerful that it was during the Falklands war. We've got better air power, Apache gunships, drones and an army with a lot more combat experience. The only thing we don't have right now is an aircraft carrier but I don't think that's as much a big deal this time round. Agreed, all our kit is much better and a lot of that is down to the Falklands war, especially boots and clothing. But make no mistake, not having an aircraft carrier is a very big deal in seaborn operations or costal operations......don't let politicians tell you any different. That's -

Just to emphasise my point Wilf of how badly we treated the Lampard clan.......Harry as well...........have a little listen to this i used to go to these q & a meetings we all think we know better than our manager.........but how right was he.........no different to any other fans i guess we all think we know whats best for our club.......................if we knew then what we know now we would of treated this family with the respect they deserved.........( only my opinion of course....and i understand your feelings also ) Harry was bang on mate, no two ways about it. No doubt about it mate, he would be a great signing for a club like us......as I have said before, quality is always quality. But, if we have to give someone their last few years retirement money then let it be someone who ( never mind what went on behind the scenes or with a section of fans) appreciates our club and the fans......no a bloke who has publicly stated that he would want to break the heart of fans who pay their hard earned to follow their club ( a club that the player in question has history with and which fostered his talent and put clothes on his back when he was a kid)

If your going to leave to further your career then fair enough, you know you will get some nasty stick from certain groups of supporters but there's a way you conduct yourself. That club gave him his platform as it has many other top players, he may not have got the chance to play for the Chelsea's of this world without that club, a club paid for by the fans, money that helped him take his talent and ability and get where he is.......to put the medals on his wall. No matter what a certain section of fans say or do, you don't kick the many good fans ( like yourself Gnash) in the teeth l
