  1. I reckon most lads started with an old air rifle or pistol........
  2. Are you a paki?.....go on, you can tell us......we won't take the piss! Lol lol
  3. He was a student they were staging a pro-democracy rally in the main square of beijjing it was part of the tiananmen square massacre, i think it was in the late 's 2000 demonstrator's died when they opened fire the fella in the picture was apprently tried and shot a few day's later Maybe the bloke in front of the tank was looking for a "Chink in the armour" ???..............
  4. Having come from Italy, you would think Ballotelli would be a little thicker skinned about these things as he must have got that every week........ Theres a very easy way for a striker to get his own back on a crowd and wind them up more than they wind you up........maybe he should have paid more attention to doing that in the game
  5. petplan, its expensive but they pay the vets direct. and yes they do seem to put price up for insurance claims, not right really but what can you do? Stay with petplan mate, especially with a running dog where you can get a lot of nasty leg breaks and bone injuries........i had a dog break its leg once and was able to just have her refferred to Noel Fitzpatrick with no questions asked and they paid direct too. Its the way forward........hope your dog has a speedy recovery. atb
  6. Last I heard , he was a stair carpet . The bloke in the tank only had a £20 note and he went back to the car for "Chrange" and was never seen again....................
  7. Darla.......and partner in crime the Weeman!
  8. There you go matey, you can see where the abcess was on his side.
  9. See the wee bag in his hand, he is knocking on the tank and saying "did shrumbroddy rorrder a traake a wray?" lol lol
  10. Decent little do out that Tote, well done matey.
  11. A late 1970s copy of a German magazine called " Lovebirds" featuring a black sort and a white sort bang at it.........I was never the same after that!
  12. Plenty of top pros came from Senrab.... Ray Wilkins Sol Campbell John Terry Ledley King Defoe Curbishley Zamora......to name a few....................good luck to your pals boy, strike while the irons hot and all that. Maybe that's where I know the name shenrab from then mate as I don't remember playing against any players of that quality !! Lol lol My oldest brother who is in his 60s now had trials for Millwall and boxed for south London boys but decided owning boozers was more his cup of tea than kicking a ball round a muddy field.......must have been off his head!!! Lol lol
  13. Couldnt agree more with that mate........this is why the theatricals in our game doesnt bother me too much....nobody likes it,but thats the price we pay for havingso many foreigners in our game.................the plus side in that though is we have the strongest football league in the world......over the last 10 years we have seen a quality of football in our premiership the likes of which we have never seen in England before.....if we have to put up with a bit of noncey rolling around and play acting then so be it..... Our game in England was always about strength power and getting stuck in
  14. You must of played over Wanstead Flats Wilf.....think it used to be called the Echo league.......clubs like Senrab,Puma,Leyton all good clubs......used to go and watch a few pals over there used to be a great atmosphere must of been at least 50 pitches.........id get lumbered with carrying out the goalposts !! It was the echo league mate, I remember shenrab, I am sure I do........must have played against all those teams. Got to the semi final of the Essex cup with a team of oldies we put together, winning 3-1 with 10 minutes to go and the right midfield lad had a girls fit and went on
  15. Talk about rough and tuff, when I used to play Saturday's in those east London leagues it could get a bit lively to say the least, some of the younger lads would get really intimidated......I have been threatened with stabbing, shooting you name it.....had teams of spades pissing in the kit bag and sparking a near f*****g riot, played in some right shitholes. Then had to do it all again on Sunday!! Lol........rugby is a lot better mannered than that I will grant you, to be honest the dirtiest rugby team I watched was the Met Police, it would kick right off every time with those as they were s
  16. Again, ok but its not big Jonny Hartson taking the roof out of liverpools net from 20 yds !! Lol lol Or Beckham in the last minute against Greece Or, or !! Lol lol
  17. It's not bad......but it's not Paulo against Wimbledon!!! Lol lol
  18. I used to think like that Wilf.......till i went to a few games in Spain,Holland etc......the education of the game they are brought up with in these places really made me question my thinking ( similar to yours )...........in junior leagues in Holland its actually against the rules to tackle !......we are so far behind the rest of the world in our approach to the way the game should be played it does make you wonder if the old " get stuck in " attitude is really ever going to take us far in the international game.....i dont like all the theatrical bollocks in our game today either....but i do
  19. The modern game of football is so far away from what it was even 10/15 years ago it's unreal, tackles that were perfectly ok then will get you a red card now......and god forbid you go up for a header against a keeper and he falls over. I used to tell every opposition keeper before kick off " if you ain't got two hands on the ball I will put the ball and your arm in the back of the net"!!!........at armature level, it's a joke......they are almost removing the really physical side of the game totally. Now, as for egg chasing, I got asked to play for the local rugby club loads of times
  20. You probably scared the life out of the poor wee c**t, he has just dived in the nearest hedge and sat there quivering like a f*****g jelly!!! Lol lol lol
  21. He did look like he had quick hands the lad and he was oozing confidence but it will be interesting to see him against someone who want to have a stand up scrap. Still, first pro fight, nice easy transition from amateur, no need for a blood and guts fest......get the lad on the right path. Be good for him to have his old man in the corner and be a bit of a showman, it can only improve his purse and let's be honest....no ones in the ring for the benefit of their health! Lol
  22. Yep both workers but I know which one I would want a pup out of !
  23. Not really my cup of tea but a nice place none the less, good luck to your pal....he has obviously put a lot of work into it. You can see the Leney in the dark backed mirror in picture 3 and the mirror in picture 7 is unmistakeable Sutton with that milky coffee colour and high shoulders. They should be quick growers too and I am sure some lads will have plenty of fun there this coming summer.
