Part time pest controller, Hunting (with airguns, terriers,, ferrets), Ford transit, Nature, hiking.
  1. Bought a tin once, the are not good. inaccurate, too light for hunting and barrel fuzzy (in my 4 .22 airguns)
  2. Mine is from 1992, it had a new Venom seal and standard spring last november and its shooting so smooth and accurate as always. Its in the truck as my favorite "back up" gun. Load and loads of vermin it killed.
  3. got a lada Niva with a Citroen Xara 1.8HDI engine, best 4x4 I ever had in the field (an out of the field)
  4. Villaman, that HW100 .22, is that a full power airrifle?
  5. I had such a full power 707 once, and I regret to tis day I sold it. They have lousy triggers but the most accurate barrels ever! Mine did 67 footpound and I killed a hare with a headshot at 100 yards. Keep it! give it a new O ring and a triggertune
  6. Imo a .22 HW90 pumped to 20 fpound is a very accurate & smooth airgun to shoot with. I had a couple of these guns in the past, in all the calibers available including the .25 and they are great for shooting vermin up to 50 yards. What you need is patience to practise it and to get used to it. They are accurate as all springers and a gun that is always ready to fire, no spring issues or power loss on a long term. Love them.
  7. Try to find a WebleyFX2000 or Logun solo proffesional MkII mate, they are much better, single shot.
  8. If you have an old Weihrauch, or you just want to know the manufacturing date, chek this. http://www.weihrauch-database.eu/
  9. Very good balanced guns mate, those 98's. I have a full power HW80 with a .177 barrel from a 98 and I love it that way. Nice to see a used opinel knife, good knifes in the field. Good shooting too, tight groupings!
  10. not really, let 's say it is the Hft version and its heavyer and much more front heavy as a 77.
  11. When am out in the rain its always with the Fx Boss synthetic, for the occasionaly fox around the pen's. I always spray the gun with Teflon spray before and when i come back inside I screw the stock off the action and the air compressor blows aways the last drop of water.
  12. Once I was lying in the strawbales in a barn at night (alone, with my trusty 97k, unfortunatly) waiting for some rats that maybe came trough the barn door, when a stone marten run right over my back, he was not aware of my presence, and also myself did not It was a bit scary to feel my blood freeze on that moment
  13. http://www.schulzdiabolo.cz/en/news/ looks as a new rabbitstopper for a powerfull pcp guys!
  14. That Scorpion fits him well, weight & size in mind. Good shooting! Put a bipod on the thing and the rabbits & rats in the neighborhood are all gone in a week.
  15. My 97k loves the JSB Heavy's 10.3 grain, reasonable flat trajectory and it kill's the odd rabbit even at 65 yards
