stick with the ones you have got mate,i had a hob from a rescue that you couldnt get near,he bit a hole in my pals ear,we called him b*stard because of it but now he is daft as a bollock,like a puppy.loves to be handeled and a real character,turned him round in about 2 months and it didnt take much,10-15 mins a day playing,hard to belive now that he could ever bite anyone.atb

also if you do decide to get some more iv got a couple of litters redy to go in a few weeks and am in sheffield if that is any good to you

alrite mate,most people use jills because of their size but iv got a small hob that is my best worker so its up to you really,i would never just have one as they are very sociable animals and like to curl up together etc (apart from when the jills have kits)its non ov my buisness but if you have alredy got 2 how come you need more?not that i can say anything because i have 17 at this present moment but really 2 jills is ideal for just doing a bit of ferreting.atb

id agree with the others...wehter the rscpa like it or not as long as the animal is provided with food shelter and water and good living conditions there is nothing they can do or if you are really worried then tell them its your pet,good luck getting it back,keep us posted.atb

alrite mate,you can buy a nice box off ebay for £15,if you go up to a gamefair you will buy some nets for about £1.50-£2 each or again there is loads of nets online for not a lot of money,collar and locator is around £120 which i would say is the most important thing and if you buy an adult ferret rather than a kit make sure if its a jill she has been brought out of season so you dont have any problems,if you would like a kit let me know.im in sheffield.atb

1 day of 6 weeks mate usually,best advice i can give you is dont look in at them if you dont have to (at least for first few weeks) plenty of clean bedding and fresh food and water and you woant go far wrong,hope it all goes ok,atb,good luck

i know what you mean mate...it dosent bother me,i drove two hours for some ferrets once and a few months back me and my mate drove from sheffield to north wales about 3 and a half hours for a dog of here,i would go anywhere in the country for the right dog or gun etc

for £300 mate ull be able to have more or less anything second hand (and within reason)iv seen rapid 7s go for that,or an airarms s300 or maybe even a s310,no bother,ill keep my eye out

its a problem that loads of people have mate,my sister dosent even agree with killing rats,but me and my old man have done field sports all our lives and she has always been around,not everyone agrees with our way of life but i dont care.....do you? atb mate
