  1. If you have a rough idea when the jills due give her a cage on her own & plenty of food , bedding etc & she will be quite happy with that, just check daily & if everything goes ok you will hear the squeeks when she has had them , dont mess with the nest unless you absolutly have to once she has had them, if your worried at all at accordingly Good luck

  10. Davy try this that Rolfe posted a few weeks ago Just a short note to anybody who uses a Canon Powershot A75 digital camera (effects other types also so check) that has developed a LCD fault. Mine had pink/striped/watery effect to the picture display. Apparently it is a known fault to the CCD Imager due to faulty components and Canon will repair the fault free of charge regardless of warranty. See the Canon website for a list of authorised repairers in the UK. Rolfe.
  11. I think you have to lay sand in the hole LLoyd & then a liner on the smoothed sand so it hasnt any sharp edges that can damage the pond liner , thats what they did on a programme i watched a bit back & it looked really good with some plants in etc Good luck with it & keep us updated on the progress, be nice to see if you get any frogs in it next year

Its exercise mate, if you're not putting the effort in then you wont get results and IMO real effort will result in some pain that you have to work through until your back is strong enough for you to do these exercises without it causing pain. Don't over do it, and don't do it if its excruciating pain, but it will be uncomfortable to start with. Sit ups, Crunches and leg raises will help tone stomach muscles, but then it all depends on how much fat you have over that area. If you can't get the results with the exercise then you may have to put some changes into what you eat from day to
