the taste is amazing when it was liquid i had some out the mixing bowl & it tasted really sickly , but since its frozen its made the strawberrys like sorbet , i cant make it all the time its got so much fat in it I have amazed myself , think i may be having a few more Nigella moments if it turns out this good
