Just to give you some hope i found this Parental Rights Parental Responsibility Biological parents The biological mother of a child, and the biological father if married to the mother at the time of birth, automatically gain parental responsibility. Since 1 December 2003, a non-married father registered on the child’s birth certificate will also automatically gain parental responsibility. Otherwise a non-married father can only obtain parental responsibility by agreement with the mother, or a court order.

Chap..this thread has nothing to do with Sport, and it is the airgun section. The question was about the legality of shooting Hare with an air rifle. I think that has been resolved. Nobody here is talking dogs, and rarely if ever do you find the rifle people wondering to the dogs section and blaming you for cruelty or suggesting we have a much higher successs rate, so probably best not to keep bringing up the dog business which we all know has legal issues anyway. Merry Christmas Never has a truer word been spoken
