  1. Why should a greyhound dog not line a beddy bitch? Or a greyhound dog/whippet bitch? I'm intrigued.
  2. Bang- hit the nail square on the head. Same applies to some bitches.
  3. 2 doses of stronghold 2 weeks apart will sort mange.
  4. Its called a bandwagon CS. A little knowledge and all that........
  5. why do you think i keep dogs and ferrets  What cross is the one in your avatar? Proper bitch looking that mate!
  6. I've often thought a whippet/plummer would be excellent little vermin dogs, ferret, lamp etc. 3/4 whippet preferably. May be inclined to give tongue though-my Plummers bayed like hounds on a line.
  7. The type of bulb makes more difference to the beam than lens size. Vertical filiment has a longer straighter beam than horizontal one.
  8. Theres a fecking spade in his head-get it removed they aint digging dogs!!
  9. 13 pages over a fecking trench and the definition of "'professional". Really!? :toast:
  10. The way I read it,hes asking when is a bitch too old to breed from?
  11. Be careful johnny-I would not kennel 3 terriers of any type together-a 3 way fight usually ends up with a dead or badly damaged dog. Terriers can live in harmony for quite some time, but if something kicks off out of the blue, which can happen, 2 dogs will sort themselves out,but a 3 way is usually messy.
  12. A wise man speaks because he has something to say. A fool, on the other hand, speaks because he has to say something..............
  13. Used to have family in Linton. Knew a lad called Paul H. there, kept some good dogs a few years back.
  14. Tim-I take it the o/c bull did not introduce any further genetic faults to your knowledge? Or carry any of the existing ones? Cheers Bill
  15. The result stands to reason-provided the o.c. did not introduce other faults, fault carriers from 'pure' lines would be dispersed in the bigger gene pool and less likely to meet and double the recessive fault carrying genes. Rigorous selective breeding should continue the trend. These results won't be taken well in some quarters methinks!!
  16. I may be wrong but I'm starting to get the impression that you're not a plummer fan BBB!
  17. we will probably still be talking of this in another 15yrs WM Bet your house on it WM. All this crap was around when the Plummer 'revival' started and has gotten worse over the years. Its the reason folk like myself and Curtis Price stayed away from the clubs, committees etc. You seem to be of a similar mind, doing it your way with the right aims. Good luck WM,I hope you are successful. Bringing this much needed information to light is the way forward. It's what is done with it that will make a difference.
  18. Early 70's used Lucas lr sealed beam spotlight. After many ruined jackets, Bolted a seatbelt onto a plastic gallon oil container to carry the battery-no more acid burns! Still use it.
  19. See your flea thread-Advocate worms then as well.
