    yes in true markbrick style the end of day pic has 84 , as nobby took 7 when they left. thats why i love ferreting with nobby and FM, , they leave all the catch for me Im sure we'd forgive you the 7............... Some smart arse c**t would count them and pull you up!

    Some of this footage has been on here before.............it didnt go down well then and it wont go down well now................ the problem you have is that the anti fur brigade will show you the worst footage they have and the pro fur lot will show you the most humane methods......you'll never get the true picture...............I for one dont agree with certain aspects of the fur trade, but these anti groups use massive hysteria tactics to get peoples money, then dont use it against the very causes they fight against............. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=V4CGi5pdysk T

    I nkow the type you mean they are very good......i got one off DDD that is spot on, its the same kind of clip on the slips that release the whole lot, but this just slips through the collar and locks in place, so when you slip the collar is on, i gave him exact measurments for mine, as i find the shop bought ones all just slightly the wrong length, and it fits perfect!!!!! No reaching down or trying to scoop a bit up as your dog pulls to be off, its just right there, next to your thumb ready for action.........

    so in say a litter of 8 pups how many would carry the undershot jaw????? cos they'd have to be culled from the off really???? not sure what other people think, but i wouldn't see that as responsible breeding for the sake of a few good pups???

    Does nobody dip their dogs anymore, a guy i knew years back swore by it, kills everything to do with fleas etc...........he done my bitch i had back theen and i never saw a flea or owt............. he used to use horse wormers, in a much smaller dose though, i was never keen on that as how do you know whats enough and whats too much...........i stick to drontal too..............

    The guy who was first to go was gary tulley, he lived out the back of my old house in ashington when i first moved up here, does pest control for the council now i think..........Doxhope knows a few of the lads i believe.........

    Just to clear this up as a few people have asked about it........... If you have named your dog and it gets injured before the competition starts, you can change your dog if you have another one, but once you start thats it, the dog you start with is the dog you have to run the whole time you remain in the comp.........

    Its the Dog that has the skill not the lamper.The only thing about it is because the quarry is nocturnal you find more.If you live in an area that is well lamped quarry is usually clued up on what the lamp is and off like a shot at full speed.In the case of a rabbit it takes speed then to close with it.It also takes brains to change up and down the gears when on fox or deer(if they were legal).Although to listen to some on here you would think the best thing a running dog does is retrieve.The best thing a running dog can do is run and achieve great speed whilst still being in control and havin

    The first heats mate are gonna be matched with people closest to each other, unless you aint bothered about travelling then you can be put in a hat with the north east lot and take your chances???? Some people are being kept apart in the first heats, but they are willing to match against anyone in the first heat mate, so let me know how you feel about the travelling thing and that'll dictate how your match is decided????? unless one of you north east lads want a trip to cornwall to have a go on these slow easy rabbits in the 1st round, Mark you might get a visit from one of

    Obviously some dogs will be better than others, thats the same in everything we all do.............. but i think the difference is how the dog gets brought on, and i think an individuals lamping technique will dictate how your dog is able to run and in answer to how easy can it be......get yourself out with say 50 people and see how different lamping styles can be..........
