    She's to young and unproven to think about breeding from. A bitch should be top class at her job before being bred from, hopefully in the future if she makes the grade, she will be bred from.     Yep the advantage will be minimal if any at all....the 2 competitors will be walking side by side and running alternate slips, so how could you guarantee that it'd be your slip at that point in the field???? not trying to be orcuard mate, but i beg to differ. if its a straight numbers game, what to say a dog has to run the beam etc... if a dog knows the ground, a rabbit decideds to squat, the dog through knowledge of the ground come in from the rabbits most likly run would have the advantage. i also think dogs in a familiar environment are more settled and consentrated, they know whe

    yeah i think so, youll have the time limit to beat him on numbers, if not then the injured dog goes through......it'll leave a month for the injured dog to get itself right for the next heat.....what about if the dog is still out by the next heat, do we let the other dog through by default???     Depends on your location mate???? as already said, the first heat will be pairing the people that are closest to each other, so say there's 4 people down south, they'll be paired up and you'll get 2 heats down there, as much as possible people will be paired as close as possible, the final will be in the north east, its down to the 2 people running against each other to decide a night to do it on....you'll have a month within to have your heat...ie.... HEAT 1= November, HEAT 2 = December, HEAT 3 = January and the final February!!!! There has already been offers of accomadation for people, hav

    There is gonna be trophies aswell....have a look at what maxhardcore put up.......an embroidered coat to the winner, a trophy that will have your dogs name engraved on it and the year it won, which will be handed back for the next years competition, plus prize money and a trophy to the first loser....i mean runner up and a smaller cash prize!!!!!

    To clear up another scenario this rule will be added to the above rules....... Accidental slips......if you're running in your heat, and its your turn to slip and your dog is off on its course and your opponents dog for whatever reason gets off and joins in with the run, regardless of whether the rabbit is caught by either dog or not caught at all, this will result in a penalty of one rabbit off the person who accidentally slips.....We all know this can happen so make sure you have proper control of your dog at all times, or be ready to hand a rabbit over to your opponent!!!!!

Johnny nobody was kicked out to make way for anyone, this comp is still open to see if it gets 32 entries, unfortunately the general feeling is as its already been said mate......i no you think this is out of order and i'd be pissed off too if i was in your shoes!!!!!! but make no mistake about it the only reason you're not in the numbers is you and your brother aint old enough, thats all it is!!!!

    There's no shortage of land available, Tomo has a shit load, IanB has a shit load, dogs n natives has land offered, woodgas land is basically all of northumberland...... ...... i've had PM's off a couple of lads offering there land!!!!

    Mark i know what you mean about it being along way to travel....but the rules are pretty clear and as said the first heats would be matched up with people closest to each other, still waiting for a few locations to be sent in, but the travelling applies to everyone who enters and like said in the rules when you're paired up and given each others details it'll be down to the 2 of you to arrange the time and place....if this cant be agreed then land will be put on, more likely up here, and the date will be set as the night with no moon, if you dont show it'll be a disqualification....these rules
