Nah , You can’t develop strength and and size with kettlebells and farmers walks , they just don’t work like that. you need that strength from compound and Olympic lifts as a base to develop that way if you should wish . conditioning and maintenance and cardio development can be acheived with kettlebell circuits , a 44 inch chest can’t
