WELL AT PRESENT I EXERCISE ABOUT 40 HOURS A WEEK MAINLY RUNNING , DIFFERENT TYPES, HILL REPS, CROSS COUNTRY, STEADY STATES, FARTLEK AND SUICIDES..BUT HAVE LOADS OF DIFFERENT HOBBIES MAINLY THOUGH I JUST LIKE TO FIND A NICE QUIET SPOT AND READ A BOOK

Now, before you read this next bit, I don't want any sh*te about being a thug or anything like that - please try to remember that this piece of sh*t tried to take my son away from me. I met him outside his house one night as he returned from working at the pub.
