For example, a dog produced by a grand parent to grand parent, can be, closer related genetically than a dog produced by a father to daughter mating..this is where everyone goes on to the internet to get the info on line and in-breeding
  7. Cheers, yes there is a lot of rubbish, especially the gannets, they use all sorts of crap for their nests, sticks, that piece of condute hose was what they think would make a good foundation for a nest..there was one flying around with a blue bag.
  8. Cheers Snaps, I took nealy 1500 images on Thursday, between three lenses, mostly a 300mm f4, a -400mm and a 18-50mm all Nikon lenses.
  9. Make it a point to see some one day Kay, you won't be disappointed! It's a fantastic sight seeing them hit the water at speed, diving for fish. There's some of the biggest colonies in the UK not far from where I am. Yip great to see them diving, Ive got 4 memory cards full to get through, heres one pic I quickly did..

  11. Had a great day on the coast on Thursday, found a few nests heres a few of them.. An eider sitting really tight A kittywake on eggs And a Northern gannet..

  13. Goodn..always good to see red squirrels, Im lucky theres quite a few here, only ever seen 2 greys in the wild

  18. I think its already been said, dont make any difference, but go for a sound long distance greyhound, not one thats had constant bother with muscel or feet..
  19. Out today for swallows collecting mud, but the sun, as usual did a disappearing act. Was after 4000 shutter speed, got 640, ah well never mind, theres always tomorrrow. But still got one or two.. Sorry, a techincal hitch, will try and get them back
  20. Defo looks Beddy cross, a lot of these do resemble miniture deerhounds
