Lucky Greg, with lot's of Land to Shoot on Again Check out your local Air Gun Club and see what is about Also a Chance that there might be a decent 2nd Hand Gun for Sale As most clubs have a For Sale Table where Shooters sell on unwanted or earlier Outfits Might also find a Shooting Mate through the Board who can show you the best was of reducing the numbers and keeping the Famer / Landowner happy BOB/R

Check out your Local Air Gun Club And see what others are using and Why Totally Different a Break Action / Springer and Precharge Air Gun Yes you have to have a Air source / Own bottle of Access to a Friends We have many @ Lea Valley that started with a Springer Brought a Precharge and after a while returned to a Springer As reported Precharges was Boring.......... Multi Shots does come in Handy - On live Shoots Especially the likes of the Phoenix or Fast Fire Ten , where you do not have to take them out of the Shoulder for the Second Shot www.phoenixairguns.

There is No Standard Size Air bottles in Any BAR 207/232/300 Faber are slender longer Versions Forget where Falcons got there from Aware of Bottles coming in from Europe by Webley and others Was Originally made for Medical Use......... Yes 12. Litre is Best - aware of larger 300 Bar Bottles But Hell to move Around These Day's would be worth buying a New Bottle and keeping it as spare As resale value is not that great ......... We have several on the Ranges @ Lea Valley Many have been customised - often from USA Suppliers Trouble with CO2 it was made for Walmer Climates If Gas remains cold - it comes out as a Liquid instead of a Gas Which reduces power level - badly Not to be forgotten is - if made as a Pistol it Should never Exceed Sub 6FP If made as a Rifle it Should never be Shortened down below 24 Inches BOB/R

Complaint by many owners of New Guns Part of Anti Tamper control Factory has set the Gun's using normally using their own Pellets - if they have any But aware that other pellets could result in the Gun Exceeding Sub 12FP Rule Try other pellets - there are Pellets that will give you more power and good accuracy around............. Assist on 10,000 Acres in Hertfordshire The Only way to reduce their Numbers is have several firing points We set up in Different woods - and wait for them to fly between them Best if over 300 for 5 Shooters I has some Lead Goose Shots 50 Grain 1's - Managed to get a passing Flock with 6 Shots Really spoilt their Day for them Many Areas have Shooting Groups for such Day's Might be a idea to set up such a scheme through the Board .......... With much of what We use in Shooting coming from overseas And the £ falling in value against most other currencies Looks like 2009 is going to get very expensive for Shooters with the average 25% loss in £'s value against the Euro BOB/R

The red box is those nasty prometheus yellow plastic shrouded pellets that eats barrels great penetration but crap grouping five inch at 17 yards in my rifle afraid to try anymore low in lead. Probably best in smooth bore low powered rifles. Red Box Prometheus was made for Unchoked Break Action Rilfes Not suitable for Precharge Rifles www.airgunpellets.com BOB/R

300 Bar is Best 12.00 Litre is Better Was Shortages as shortage of Metal and one main Manufacture - Faber Be careful as a fair number of Dive Shops have closed down And there are bottles on Din - which need testing ever 2-3 years Where a MDE Air Gun Head Only needs testing every Five Years Another issue is that not All fill stations can fill 300 Bar But still holds more fills than 232 Bar ........
