Defiants are known to work well in BSA's 4.52 & 5.52 Might be to do with Pax using BSA Gun's in Design and testing of them BOB/R

Oli, No location But before buying a Air Gun Check out your Local Air Gun Clubs and see what they are using and why Often you wll be offered a chance to Shoot them on the Ranges / Clubs Much more that the average shop can offer Might even be able to pick up a Bargin As often Find Clubs have for Sale Tables - where Members move on unwanted outfits At good prices......... Not seen any on the Ranges @ Lea Valley And we have members that seem to buy most Air Gun's that appeal to them Check out a Nice BSA Scorpion or AA400 Something that most shooters are well aware and is in good use amongst Shooters BOB/R

As posted Earlier CO2 is not really suitable for powering Air rifles Especially in winter time - in UK Get more fluid than gas - which reallt effects power and accuracy Expect in summer it will do the job but doubt it will be much good this time of the year even if warmed up before use Used to Shoot CO2 S & W pistols in Iron Plate Shooting Used to warm up bottles in hot water bottles etc before use But soon cooled down in use BOB/R

9 -10 Gun's Tested by Home Office Lab's are found to have Factory seals removed or Standard part's uprated Reason UK Manufactures brought in AT - Anti Tamper Seals Most set them around 10.5 on Leaving Factory with their Chosen Pellets Well aware that there are pellets that will bring them up to the Sub 12FP Rule In the Old Day's - Good Old Air Gun Shops used to Chrono Guns before leaving the Shop Aware that many are starting to do it again............
