  9. i cant believe a dr recommended using roundup on a lake with fish in, not saying your lying just very surprised. normally they would use a exact amount of whatever they use in relation to the size of the lake and then put ??think its hay bales round the lake to soak up the nitrates that build up as the weed dies back otherwise the fish will die. the lake is question has a golf course next to it and its been said that the fertiliser used on it is running off into the lake and boosting the weed growth. its also fed from run off from the hills and has 2 sluices that stop it flooding so i cant
  10. nice one lads glad you both got them safe and sound
  11. try turning it 45 degrees and see if it still clips, if it does then try another 45 degree`s... until it doesnt
  12. ive had a look around to try and find out what silencer this is but it doesnt seem to be the normal aa s200 internals is it a custom internals job or possibly a different one altogether?
  13. still chocka up there then lol i was using braid on there and didnt have too many problems other than the boulders. its harder finding a clear spot than getting them out i have only been up there once this year to fish but it still looked pretty weedy on the pontoon when i went up to rejoin but should die down a bit through winter
  14. im glad its banned here you would only end up getting idiots lamping carp lakes. i can understand it in america where carp are a pest species but over here they arent and are very expensive for lakes to purchase.
  15. Pity if you have to. I've got my Linn deck from wa-a-ay back and it still blows all this fancy electronic crap into the weeds. Main thing is guys and gals - keep on truckin'. When you stop havin' fun you start diein'. Ric i would like to keep it all but it doesnt get used other than a bit of scratching in the headphones plus il be losing alot of money on it all, access virus indigo synth cost 1250 probley get 450 for it but sounds as fresh as the day i bought it and always will
  16. hopefully sat next to a big bag of legal erb with a sherlock pipe and designing things that i can sell for lots of money id say im in the middle of my life now and ive decided to sell my decks, vinyl, synths and hunting gear to get started on the 2nd part of my life
  17. depends what your intending to grow as some veg like carrots/parsnips dont like too much manure so its probley best to build small raised beds 4ftx4ft say about 12" deep and give square foot gardening a go its alot more efficient if youv not got too much space, like you can grow 16 carrots in 1sqf or a 1 colly/calabrese/cabbage so times that by 16 for each bed and it soon mounts up mines heavy clay i just removed the stones and dug in a bale of straw and let the worms go to work i also added compost from my compost bin and some sand building a nice soil up takes about 3 years but is usab
  18. lol mines got the bsa sticker too hills sounds higher...... class in all ernesty
  19. ive been using a hills pump with my s200, there nice and easy to use just let your legs do the work no worrys with running out of air and they dont need testing every few years like a bottle would so should last a lifetime bar a couple of seals when needed
