nice common mate and good going on your first session on there was fishing out in spain last year and a couple of scotish lads were there piking and struggling a bit so let one of them hit my next run which turnt out to be a mid double he was well chuffed couldnt believe how much power they had so they both spent the following day carping with me and both had a few out to round off there week , one of them is now planning on doing a bit of carping in scotland lol

i tend to stick with fishmeals right through the year they tend to sort out the bigger carp and have better leak off than seed mixes popups are alright but i think you just tend to pick out the starving carp looking for a easy meal as they arent general releasing much of a food scent i think carp tend to go for baits that contain something they need rather than a carrier bait but half a popup topping off a decent food bait will help both visually and offer something they actualy need diet wise id highly recommend the toejam boilies a-tract baits

that kind of thing gets on my nerves too mine can be a little bugger hes ok with say 70% of dogs but because i know that, hes kept on the lead unless im out in a field somewhere i can see anyone entering the field with a dog and only let him off to play ball and then straight back on the lead for a good walk i definitely wont let him off in a public park then you come across someone with there dog off the lead running round under no control and they say hes ok he wont bite so i have to tell them mine can get funny sometimes but id just prefer for them to have theres on the lead so they can

or even better uninstal windows and download and install ubuntu linux its much better and it and all software is free takes a bit of getting used to but well worth the effort, shouldnt ever get spyware or a virus using it
