    Had a few rabbits on a 4 acre field that were causing a fair bit of damage, didn,t really fancy ferreting the bank as it was real thick at the time so decided on some snaring and using the air rifle. First pic shows the damage and who was nicking the rabbits from the snares.. I had done quite well with the snaring campaign but the last couple were playing hard to get ,so plotted up with the air rifle.The dog was fine with the foxes until i sqeaked em for a better photo wrong move as he ripped through my netting in pursuit Had to let it settle for a bit and then a young rabbit popped h

    depends a lot on the ground you run, where i am if my mutt was fit and hitting 75% of runs he,s on form,,,else where big fields with rabbits sitting out wouldn,t expect many at all to make the hedge.

    I can eat eels but can,t stand jelly so jellied eels for me is a bit me dad loves em ,used to catch em as a kid on the thames and take them home for him...
