  11. well done [bANNED TEXT] i know for a fact that all p&g s wires set in woodland have deer stops on them set 9 inches from the eyelet he is a professional [bANNED TEXT] and knows his job inside out he needs no lecturing from any one on how to snare correctly :realmad: stop nit picking and congratulate the lad on how effecient he is outstanding [bANNED TEXT]
  12. mitch if you look at the snare on the wooden fence you will actually see the wire what we call a tealer inserted into a bit of plastic sleeving this holds the snare at the correct hight you can also use insulating tape and tape your snare onto the tealer whatever you prefer
  13. well done [bANNED TEXT]
  14. set your snare along side your tram line or furrow set your loop over the centre of the run your snaring i use a 10x8 noose this allows the head easy access set your snare a minimum of ten inches off the ground to the underside of your loop to secure you can use a drag or use an earth anchor this will hold the fox secure but tends to spoil the run where as the drag the fox can move but not very far and you can allways reset in the same place
  15. nicely set those are fox runs waiting to catch must have had the same teacher
