  1. I would say Africans should be very scared. China is taking a foot hold over there and if this is how they treat there own, god only knows what Africans can expect. It will make western colonialism feel like a very happy memory. I was over there some time back and went to visit a friend on a rough housing estate. She was upset that a neighbour with mental problems was spending his evenings beating the living shit out of his dog in his flat. You could hear the poor dogs cries across the estate all night, but nobody did a thing. My suggestion to get the police round round there was met by
  2. There is a possibity one is hinged, hope not though :-)
  3. Thinking about it, if the police were to test it they would definately crank up the screw on that kit.
  4. I took my .177 carbine to the club this evening for a bit of paper punching. I got an easy 100 shots from it. Maybe not a bIg increase in shot count but with less weight and improved balance the gun has now, I consider it money well spent.
  5. Good one moley, pleased the wife loves it. Just a great fun light weight springer and once you get your hold sorted, as you say very accurate. When I open my gun cabinet it's the one I'm itching to get shooting with lol
  6. The common consensus is the TX is best out the box but the 97 is best when tuned. If all is equal then maybe better to buy British. Give them both a hold, one thing I have noticed is there are a lot of second hand underlevers on the market, I would guess some would find them a bit heavy. Myself, I wouldn't swap my Sandwell tuned 95 for anything.
  7. I just fitted one of these to my .177 carbine and it really transforms the balance of the gun. Although I think you are making the gun lighter by 400 grams (or the weight of a 3-9x40 scope), because it is weight from the front, it feels like double that. So just to say thank's Darryl, you're a gentleman to do business with.
  8. Last time I saw Don Estelle was at Waterloo station busking with his hot mum uniform on, it was quite sad really. Windsor Davies was the neighbour of the house I was working on recently, little three bed semi in a cul de sac.
  9. I wired up Jamie Rednap, Graham Le Saux and Tim Sherwoods houses. Mackam, on another thread, someone said you were Jack Hargreaves's nephew, were they wrong then?
  10. Just to add parallax adjustment is more important on a scope with a larger front lens due to depth of field is better the smaller the front lense. So it's a pay off between light gathering and depth of field. Andy
  11. Yes mate, I will probably buy one more, then the gun cabinet is full. Then no doubt I'll probably buckel under pressure and be looking out for another cabinet to fill This air gunning can get very addictive. I enjoy shooting the 95 best out of them, great little guns Andy
  12. Otherwise put up a wanted advert on airgunbbs, a new style one sold yesterday for £50. People often change to custom stocks so there are many of the old ones doing nothing. The one on ebay's had a messy cut down job done on it. Cheers Andy
  13. The big bloke in the first video I think was shoked the smaller bloke got up, he seemed to loose his bottle and strength. He must feel a right c**t watching that and seeing himself flat out snorting like a pig.
  14. You should have gaffer taped it shut and invited a local traveller to collect it for scrap
  15. You want to get out more why cos i dont eat shit you wanna try some proper food mate what do u call proper food ?, you cant beat a nice hot curry and a couple of pints to swill it all down i think you'l find you can So give us an example of a good meal?
  16. Bedlingtons are great little dogs to have around, I imagine they must result in a easy dog to keep and work.
  17. If the light is on it's own switch then I would first make sure power is leaving switch.
  18. I think you have that right Davy. Shooting a PCP is a skill Shooting a springer is an art
  19. I left my two in season this year due to a botched vasectomised hob operation, which really f****d me off. They came out of season a week or so ago and are now putting on weight. I have to say they got a bit too skinny for my liking even though I was feeding them raw chicken and fatty lamb every day. Not sure what I'll do next year but I think in future it's hobs only for me.
  20. I was wondering why, and if i'm right, the 77 and 97 are the same action with the difference being the stock on the 97 has a higher cheek piece and it also has a silencer fitted. Given that the 97 you would think would be more expensive? Personally I prefer the look of the classic lines of the 77. Simon how does the accuracy compare with the against the 77? Cheers Andy
  21. He comes across as a decent lad, nice all round performance, good luck to him.
  22. It's probably been brushed under the carpet for years by the Labour (minority arse kissing) traitors!
