Just because they have British Passports, it does not mean they are British. They could just as easily be Somali or Nigerian, British Passport holders. Also looking at the chart, far more EU nationals are claiming benefits here, than British passport holders are in the EU. Not really, satire is a strong part of French culture, it is a way of mocking the establishment and other groups who have power and influence. No incomer has a right to end this tradition. It is a fundamental right of freedom of speech and if it falls outside the law then they will be prosecuted.
