    a friend of a friend has a border x parsons jrt and apparently it's a proper dog never personaly seen it work but this friend knows his dogs so no reason to doubt him.

    just to reply to this i am far from macho i'm just a realist i understand the implications of what would follow but plain and simple a farmer would do it and not a person would bat an eye lid and if i did do it i would report it and follow the law. if that offends talk to your mp and maybe get him to ban all firearms while you at it!!!

    sometimes i wonder if it was a fox no one would give a toss, he stated he didn't know at the time who's dog it was. to be honest if i walked out the house and saw a cat killing my fezzers or a dog killing me chickens i'd barrel 'em without a thought if my gun was to hand. but if not, my first instinct would be to grabb the f#cker and stop the killing. the terrier was obviously in the zone if it's had six you can bet your nuts it'll have the rest if left to it. if your dog killed his poults he'd do the same.

    the pdsa only do treatment they don't do prevention(innocs) to be honest for the cost if you can't afford innocs then you shouldn't really have a dog! and before anybody has a go i've had no work comming in for 8 months i've worked all my life and i have four dogs if i couldn't look after them proparly i would give them to someone who could. i go without so that they don't have to!!!!!

    thank you pal just what i was looking for should have some new permishion to day i had a talk on the week end with a farmer and he got all sorts on his land rats rabbits reduns shooting game if i want it ie fesant/giniefoul as long as i drop him a few rabbits or birds he said he dont minde what i hunt on there and the land hasnt been touched buy any one else for about a year it teaming with rabbits ect no worries mate give me a shout if ya need any help be happy to come and camp for a weekend (the mrs is 6 an a half months pregger any excuse really :D ) happy hunting.
