It's not the rifle mate, its the shooter friend . You are the one that brings out the potential of that Pro Sport mate As I’ve said on a number of occasions, these quality rifles can shoot beyond most peoples capabilities. You just happen to be a flipping great shot and so have the edge over a lot of people who have a £1000 PCP rifle. (You have learnt well my Jedi friend) I’m just honoured to go shooting with lads that can shoot so cleanly and accurate in all situations, like Chris Reggaeman Joey Wuzzy, Gary Festa and Darryl Marksman. Keep up the good work

Bloody rifle is f-cked already

Cheers for all the support guys , Yes Stealthy1 I agree with your mate friend. Once the rifle has been broken your confidence soon goes, and with the amount of shooting that I do I need a reliable, accurate rifle. The accuracy was definitely there but the reliability wasnt. I will have to see what happens tomorrow at the shop . Ill keep you updated mate. Yes Wabbit it was bought brand new from my local gun shop. Its not the gun shops fault. They are a really friendly and helpful lot; in fact when I picked it up it was still in the packaging that it came in that morning fro -
Nice bag that Gary mate. Good to see the trusty Pro Sport dishing out the lead deadly accurate as usual Dont forget that little thing in your pocket is called a mobile phone and it has my number in it . Give us a call mate when your not so busy with work and we can go and bash some bunnies together again. Si

Well guys I'm not happy at the moment , The Verminator is broken already and only after 2.5 days of having it . I went to fill it tonight and the air is leaking out of the inlet valve. Ive read the instruction book and it says when this happens the inlet valve needs changing as its gone. Not good to say the gun is only 2.5 days old. Its going back to the gun shop on Monday. They either are going to have to replace it for a new Verminator as its under warranty or Im getting a HW100T instead. To tell you the truth Im not sure if I trust the rifle now after letting me

Yes Billy the rifle is very pointable and very accurate mate. Ive just had a problem with mine though and im not happy at all with it. I went to fill it tonight and the air is leaking out of the inlet valve. Ive read the instruction book and it says when this happens the inlet valve needs changing as its gone. Not good to say the gun is only 2.5 days old. Its going back to the gun shop on Monday. They either replace it for a new Verminator as its under warrenty or im getting a HW100T instead. Im not sure if i trust the rifle now after letting me down so quick. Good that

Hi lads and lasses, I got a phone call from Reggaeman today informing me that his car was playing up so he couldn’t come up to shoot with me today, I was gutted, as was he but that’s life and it happens to us all at some time so I fully understood his predicament and I hope him all the best in getting it fixed. After the bad news, no fault of the lads I decided to take my youngest son Dylan out and my Patterdale Zin for a shoot around my permission We left at about 1000hrs and return home just before 1700hrs when it was dark. I left the BSA R10 at home and decided to take

Mr Wuzzy, dear friend, I'm afraid today I will be using the FX Verminator It would be rude not to take him out bunny bashing I hope that your BSA Super 10 is singing sweet tonight mate as i need some new footage for my DVD of them Yorkshire bunnies eating hot lead Zini

Hi guys, My youngest boy got me up bright and early this morning bouncing about my bedroom shouting that 2 giant magpies as he put it were sat on the garden and that I needed to come and bring the Verminator with me. I tried to put off the lad but anyone who knows my Dylan will know that when he wants to see me shoot I can’t ever say no as I love shooting so much the word magpie gets me proper excited . The thought of a new vermin species to add to the crow and woody that I’ve already had with the rifle was too much so I jumped out of bed and picked up the Verminator on the

Hey Paddy, The regulars on here wont bring you down for shooting a Chinease gun friend. Where all here to help and give sound advice where we can friend. To tell you the truth friend in about 1997 when i was serving in Bosnia i took a SMK Custom Lion with me. I dont even know if they still import them from China anymore and sell them. That rifle was made in mass production factories and was sold in their thousands, but it accounted for more vermin in my camp than you could ever imagine mate. As long as i kept my shooting to 25 metres max i was fine. It never failed to work and

Never heard of them mate sorry Zini

Ive used JSR scopes in the past Wabbit and some of them are real good quality. Ramsbottom travels about the world quite alot looking for good quality shooting equipment that he can bring to his company and sell at a good and fair price to his customers. I got my GunTuff LRF from him and in the past before the new law about rifle postage i used to get my rifles from him. I have a Tasco 6-24x50 mil dot IR AO and a Nikko Stirling Game King 4-16x44 AO mil dot and i bet they are no better really than a JSR is on a good gun and in the right hands. Zini

Firstly as always id like to thank the regulars for there kind comments No Sib the FX Verminator doesn’t come as standard with a silencer friend. It has a male threaded 1/2 UNF end if you unscrew the muzzle weight and so any 1/2 UNF silencer like a Weihrauch, SAK which mine is will fit on there nicely with no adaptors needed. Without the silencer the gun is loud as 10 elephants far-ings I would defo recommend the FX Verminator to anyone wanting quality mate. Regulars on here know that I don’t comment on rifles I don’t have experience with, but I will say that this rifle is so

Nice shooting as always Davy mate . I think that you and Tony are having a comp to see who can write the longest posts I proper enjoyed it though friend. Keep up the great work . Si

If that’s your most spectacular shot, I dread to think what you like on a bad day. Maybe you should get a spud gun for awhile? JackReid, There is no need to bring the lad down, that’s not the idea about the post that i started friend. It's for people to share with us whats memorable to them. If you wanted me to be really honest with you friend, I know guys on here that make the type of shot that you are talking about on a daily basis. Your shot isn’t really something to brag about after bringing a person down for sharing with us all something memorable to him. Please

Great write up as always Tony. Thats some nice pin point accuracy shooting going on there mate You need to get some wheels sorted mate and get yourself and the Bunny Sniping Baby up to Catterick to sort out some squizzers and corvids followed by many, many bunnies Reggaeman and Wuzzy are popping up again tomorrow for a session of bunny and squizzer bashing. Wuzzy has his new toy to try out. I think that he will really like it. Its a .177 calibre BSA Super 10 mark 2 Role on tomorrow The Verminator is also coming out for a play Zini

I think that it depends on your barrel mate. All barrels are different despite being made the same. Two barrels made side by side could like different pellets. I think its better that you try as many brands as possible to find what your barrel likes. I have just started shooting .177 again and my gun loves Bisley Magnums. They are top quality for pest control. Any of the below brands are worth trying: Bisley Magnums Exacts Webley Accupels FX RWS Super domes. Best of luck mate Zini

Hi all, Here is a rifle update from today 27 Nov 09. It’s the first day that I’ve been shooting with my new FX Verminator . I took it first into my windless zero range to zero, and then I took it vermin shooting on my permission . Here is some footage taken today on my tripod and camera. I hope you enjoy the footage and appreciate the accuracy and potential that this little carbine has. I think that I and the Verminator are going to have a long and happy relationship together nailing vermin. Believe me when I say this rifle is the dog’s taggers and I reco
