    Its amazing how many people still believe 4 finger's high is high enough to snare rabbits they obviously have a lot of bumped snares and not many rabbits set your wires at 6 1/2 inches and see the difference for yourself you forgot to tell him to snare with a 7 1/2 x5 1/2 inch noose , 6 1/2 inches high to the bottom of the noose, thats why 90 percent of the rabbit snarers in the country , in fact in the world can,t make big catches of rabbits with snares , because they have been indoctrinated by authors and fieldsports writers for over the last hundred years , who couldn,t snare themsel

    teejay, there is a meal for four in each of those big rats, reminds me of the big fellows i used to snare in the jungle for to eat , and theres you flinging them away , what a waste.

    make them yourself for nothing , use fishing trace wire , or two strands of rabbit asnare wire , why pay some mug , when they are easy made , look at the top of the front page , on what i have written about rat snari ng on how to set them .

    mole trapper, iwas sent this man,s book for free when it came out and i read through it in 15 mins. and sent it away free to a good home , and the guy who got it phoned me and said don,t you like me anymore . i got the dvd, sent to me last week , and to be really honest the only two things good about it was that i got it for free , and the tune on it was nice. other than that in my opinion the guy is a pure rank amateur , i wouldn,t let him carry my rabbit snare bag.

    thats a good catch woodga 106 in two days , ive seen that big lad before with the yellow jacket on he is usually stuffing his face with pizzas , he is a bit fat for ferreting now , though , ha ha.

    by them from woodga or geordie as these guys are real snarers and make quality snares , while the rest are selling nooses at fifty pence each which in my opinion is pure greed , they can be purchased for 30 pence from the latter two guys.

    you have to many turns on the eye of the tealer, also you have just looped the twine on the peg. which will slacken and pull off, you should have cut a notch in the peg and turned the loops back to back then attached the twine,

    the guy is only a hundred years late in coming up with the idea , peg and gun and i used these years ago, some of these guys think that they have reinvented the wheel , i have got them lying in my shed better than the ones that is on ebay .

    they are similar to the canadian ram power snare , and would be illegal over here ,

    the clips are made from steel banding , easy to make , they hold the trap steady , the magnum trap company makes this style , with a simple back door system that allows the tunnel a one way entrance , or a complete run through .

    why are you using a cam lock , you will need to raise it up of the ground a wee bit as it will be creeping out , the last wire snare loop looks to big and set to low , forgot to ask are you living in BC , canada
