  2. Lovely looking bitch! Looks like you're havin lots of luck with her already!
  3. Ah shit one I think that when you kill wasps, the others detect a hormone or something which makes them angrier and go to fight whatevers killing them
  4. Uh as if petstaff...like I said they're not my dogs, don't care!
  5. Jesus One of mine, the Dobe, goes mad for wasps and bees. When he does bite them and occasionally get stung I give him half a piriton and put bicarbonate of soda on his tongue. Works every time. He swells up otherwise.
  6. Ah nice dog, actually remids me of my uncles sheep dog haha same colour Atb with him
  7. Some gawjus lookin dogs, esp that last blue one

  10. Haha, I will! Sometime in the future, will miss this litter tho but oh well!
  11. Cousins litter. Grey/whippet X Grey/whippet/bull. I'd take one if I had the time money and space! Whatcha think?
  12. Excellent, heaps more evidence still, of Dobermans versatility!
  13. Well if a GSD/Doberman can hunt and catch hares by itself (by running them into a herd of cattle to confuse them), owned by a man I knew once, I think it's proof enough they can make good hunters. Afterall, they are one of the most versatile dog breeds in the world. They are used for literally everything. I know that some people have even used them as pointers.
  14. Lucky!! I think they're big into their hog hunting there, dunno much else tbh!
  15. Hi My jack russel terrier cross has just broken her toe I think. She ran out the door, saw a cat, landed badly and screamed and stood still moaning. I carried her back in, she's limping and she can't walk on it. Its the back right leg, second toe I think. When I go to that toe she pushes my hand and it feels, well, broken. So I was just wondering what to do. She's lying down now. I won't be able to take her to a vet for a few hours, but I'm just wondering whether it's even worth taking her if the vet is just gonna tell me something like 'Yeah its broken, let her rest' and charge me a for
  16. Yeah good point as someone suggested about the bedding, however a lot of the time the fleas wont go back on the dog for a while after you put the spot treatment on
  17. Thats weird! Is it just the air coming out of it making the noise?
  18. They got flooded where I am! Plus the snow was harsh. They've just returned recently.
  19. She could be allergic to something. What are you feeding her? If she's not already, get her on a natural diet of meat, raw bones, some ground up veg, eggs, and a little cod liver oil each day. 1/4 teaspoon will suffice. If she's having any milk or dairy, take her off them, pasteurised milk is often a cause of allergies in dogs. They seem to do fine on unpasteurised milk though. I would cut out ALL commercial dog food, at least until she is grown up a bit. Its unlikely that it would be fleas still, since you've put frontline on her. Thats pretty strong stuff. It could be mange, if it is
