    All my dogs are steady with strangers but i dont let them touch or handel them or the dogs go running up to strangers. everyone to there own, if we all were the same life would be boring

    id rather have a dog that is steady with strangers etc by socialising with them than having a dog that is nervous. thats when you get problems

    Same as i cant understand anybody wanting strangers running theirs hands over their dogs imho it makes it more easey for theives to get them out of kennels more the dogs used to every tom dick and harry handling them.atb dell are you saying judges are dog thieves?, shows should be just a bit of fun in the summer months while the dogs are resting, but hey i might be wrong? no, hes saying a dog that is accustomed to strangers handling it and running there hands over it is easier for a dog thief to lift over a fence than a dog that isnt handled by anyone other than its owner + is more

    dont get me wrong ive had smart terriers and been to hunt shows and won my fair share, but ive got dogs to work and the shows are just some fun! so why is it that certain people and not dogs win it before they enter the ring?

    could have been better Tim????????? to be honest the price of the beer tent was a bit high and so was the fod, maybe because they had the beer lines around the wrong way lol, and i did think there was a lack of terriers there, didnt help things with certain travelling people trying to buy your dogs, at least the police where there every hour or so lol, but like i said it was ok, maybe next year it will be better
