  1. What a misguided muppet, 45k a year? Righto. Lucky to get £10 an hour for some of the jobs round here, which is still a decent wage but that's not the point is it? f*****g 'real' hardship open your eyes pal! Tanker drivers are on £45k a year, not every one. Read the post first ... muppet. And im not your "pal".
  2. I didnt say you were stupid i said that the anti tory stuff sounds stupid, if it come across any different my mistake. The reason politicians get paid (even thought their all millionaires, including labour) is because if they didnt get paid the average bloke who wanted to get things changed wouldnt be able to and it would mean only people with a second income would be able to get into politics. We live in a democracy, if you dont like politicians get stuff changed, vote differantly, get like minded people together, make a new party, George Galloway (as much as i hate the prick) started his own
  3. Yer lets all cheer for the tanker drivers "yay for strikers". There only in it for themselves theyve got a strangle hold on the business with wages as high as £45 grand and because businesses are having the audacity to try and hire other people there spitting there dummies out. People think its some kind of revolution, you need actual REAL hardship for a revolution. You need people dieing in the streets. You need people getting thrown away in cells to be torchered. Not because some fat trucker cant afford his new BMW this year. Why are people still moaning about cuts? ... THE COUNTRY HAS
  4. How many kids do you know in afghanistan?
  5. More proof needed of city foxes being released into the country side? Dont know if its been posted before but here you go.
  6. No i am surely not saying that anyone with "X" disease should be exempt from working wether they are fit to work or not, I am saying that someone who is diagnosed with cancer and in chemo therapy shouldnt have to go along to one of the governments little doctors whos brief it is sign people fit for work wherever possible and therfore reduce payouts. These sick people have to prove the fact that they are not well enough to work, Is it not enough that there will be medical reports from there own specialists and GPs etc that they have to prove it further. Surely anyone recieving chemo therap

  8. I dont understand the problem ... surely your not saying that just because you have "x" disease, whether you can work or not, you shouldn't have to work... Before any one starts a mate of mine has just been diagnosed with testicular cancer and a couple of people in my family have suffered/died with it. If you cant work then you wont have to ... i know chemo is horrible and if your on it youl never have to work in a million years. The amendment that was proposed was that any one with cancer would automatically be able to claim benefits. Im sure youl agree that there are varying levels of severi
  9. Its about competition in my eyes. Just as you get people showing of the biggest carrot when it taste like crap you get people showing off mutated dogs that cant even run. To solve it you need to change the competition and they should do it by introducing a "trail" to every breed. It should be able to do what its breed was intended for. Have it in the retrieving world why not for every breed. Just talking off the top of my head now but you could have some kind strength or bite work for the bull breeds as you cant use them for what they were bread for. The mastiff types should be able to "p
  10. Dam you i was going to say that :D
  11. I think hes saying that a beagle x foxhound is hardly a dog for the home enviroment and 95% of people on the planet would be "unable to give him the time needed". I think i would agree.

I would clean her backyard with my tongue ...
  13. *Breaking News* Bouncer in squadieville hates squaddies. Squaddies can be total dickheads, but like it or the the British Army is a very proffesional bunch. Theres bad apples in every walk of life, as im sure you know working on the doors ...
  14. Disagree about the CA not having the bottle. Things liek this arnt about bottle there about not loosing. If the CA were down every ones throat every week with hunting this hunting that every one would be just "yer what ever" and ignore it. Hunting had a massive win this Boxing Day. The LACS didnt make a showing and the only antis to have any media representation were the more extreame POWA who got showed up on live telly. The LACS is going to be bust by the end of 2015. Its a matter of outlasting them. When they have no cash hit everyone with the media, lobby politicans, get it in the publics
  15. I just seen this quaote from a retired US Army Lt Col, Allen West I have sat back and assessed the incident with the video of our Marines urinating on Taliban corpses. I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. Neither do I re...call media outrage and condemnation of our Blackwater security contractorsbeing... killed, their bodies burned, and hung from a bridge in Fallujah. “All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st A
  16. The only reason i can see for the union is nostalgia. Sure its nice to have Scotland in Britain but you know what i dont think its best for the rest of Britain. I dont want this to come out wrong but Scotland is a money sink. You can say North Sea oil all you want but the facts are often misquoted. Scotland accepts more money that it makes. I mean sure its nice to have the Union but i dont think its best for numero uno, England/Britain. What i dont understand is if you want independence why be so clingy. You either want to go it alone or you want be to British. To me if Scotland votes no
  17. Well im abit suprised that a British soldier would imply that piddling on corpses is a common thing which is what you were doing earlyer on. Now you seem to be saying that some of your bosses are useless and not doing there job which is totaly differant.
  18. Well you said the British are totally professional? That can't be true because as you said, no-one is immune to cock ups and of all the ones I've seen, most of them were down to someone not doing their job properly. Luckily, the Brits are that used to getting shafted by their government they improvise and just get on with it. As this is a public forum I'm not going to post 'evidence', all I'll say is that you're entitled to your opinion but I've seen first hand certain things that go on so take it from me that things do go on, and it's in everyone's (polititians) best interests to keep it qui
  19. What did I say that wasnt true mate? You cant just say they are a regular occurance without backing it up with some kind of evidence or backup. I agree every one makes mistakes and soldiers arent immune but soldiers are just like the every day lads and lasses who do your plumbing, work on the roads or sit in an office and do your tax return.
  20. Two wars that spring to mind. Oman in the early 70's - guerilla war won by us the British Malaya from 1948 to 1960 - guerilla war won by us the British I could find loads more but i cant be bothered. Without wanting to sound like a prick it sounds like you know next to nothing about the situation in Afghanistan at the moment. It is far from a no win situation. Most afghans support ISAF ... I don't know how many afghans you've met, but most afghans are on the winning side irrespective of who it is... Ive met a fair few afghans and thats not my experiance at all...

  22. Speaking personally, 90% of what I delete is content that is reported by members.. The rest is stuff that is illegal or blatantly inflammatory.. I didnt mean that in a bad way. I wish the country was run as a semi benevolent dictatorship :D
  23. The "news" thread in general was deleted today aswell. It wasnt a bitchfest, there was noting realy on there wrong only people expressing opinions. Shame realy. Guess we dont post in a democracy though, just a semi-benevolent dictatorship.
  24. I spent about 6 months near Calgary and loved it. I thought it had all the benifits of America with none of the down sides (but i guess thats only my opinion). Id love to go back and spend more time there.
  25. Well i suppose thats pretty reasonable, if abit impracticle.
