Mad mike you sound like a very angry young man with issues .... Calm down and take a chil pill there's a good lad .... Now if you have got three or four dogs with plenty of permission then why not take them out one at a time and concentrate on one dog giving it plenty of slips all night instead of it competing against other dogs and only having a slip every 3 or 4 ............

If you need to ask what the problem is in taking four dogs lamping then fair play .... Have a read through section mate and see how many other people take four dogs lamping ??? .........

Don't get me wrong I am not saying starve her but fluids are far more important than food at this stage when she perks up then increase the food slightly .... She will need one or two mils of water every hour mate ... Jus be careful when springing that she is taking it down and you are not adding to full lungs .................

If she has taken some food great BUT don't worry to much about food the animal needs fluids every bit of food that goes into her she needs fluids to digest it so in essence you are dehydrating her by feeding her ... If she can take a little food every 6 hours then great but fluids are what keeps you alive ... The anti biotics should start to kick in 12 hours after the first administration and if she starts to show signs of recovery just take it way she still won't be able to handle to much of a change of temperature and to much food in one go .... Slow and steady is the key to recovery .......

Ideation you need to give the ferret plenty of fluids 1 or 2 mils At a time at 30 minute intervals constantly the ferret needs to be in a warm dry area and humidify the room it's in ..... you can do this by soaking a towel and hanging it over a hot radiator but leave the end of the towel in a Bowl full of water which you need to top up whenever it runs dry ... First thing tomorrow morning get anti biotics otherwise the ferret will not make it ... I have had this a few times in the past and apart from losing the first ferret that got it the rest survived and lived long and happy lives .........

This was common practice many years ago which thankfully now has all but died out .... Ferrets should have access to food and water 24/7 .... Would you like to do a full days work on an empty stomach ? Ferrets have a very small digestive track which means they need to eat little and often ... Having a fast metabolism means they burn energy very quickly .... If I am working my ferrets hard on a day I will give them a few water stops and a light feed half way through the day to keep their energy levels up ..........

Tegan is eight mate she will work to the gun no problem and retrieves fur and feather and will retrieve from water also ........

nice pup Ken, and well bred . like'em with bit of fire in there belly, better than the other way round. she sould be spot on for anything by the sound of it lol , my pup Buck driving Bryn nuts lol Bryn must have necked him 10 times a day, but the little fecker keeps giong back for more what the older bitch like with her .? To be honest mate Tegan is pretty indifferent to her ... The pup spends all day playing my little cocker bitch ......

Cheers guys ... I will say one thing for her she is a fearless little fecker .... Had the builders here the other day and they told me to watch the pup as they were firing their Paslo nail gun which is pretty loud ... I kept an eye on her to what she would do ... They fired the gun in quick succession ... The pup ran straight at them grabbed the nail gun lead and started shaking it lol .... The day before she was dragging a dead squirrel around the yard ...........

If you are going to wash it put it inside a quilt cover or something similar as it sheds a fair bit of fluff that coats the inside of your machine .......

Yep I use it it is good stuff ... It allows the water to soak into the backing and dries it up works very well .........

I can't but 100% agree with you there..i may be wrong i may be right..but if i was in a situation where i was going to be killed by savages and i was armed..i would empty my magazine's into every last one of them regardless of age or gender..
