    Have seen two duck about at 6ish today so all good at the moment so need to put some barley down.

    I remember seeing an old mouse trap at the welsh game fair. there was a tunnel where the mouse would go into to get to some cheese or whatever it was baited with and in the middle of the tunnel was a piece of cotton attached t the door that would close when the cotton was cut. So to get to the bait the mouse would have to chew through the cotton setting off the door that would trap the mouse inside. I was really fascinated by this and hope to see the man with all the gear this year

    Went out with a mates brother from school ferreting when i was 8 and had my first airgun at 8, my first terrier at 12 and getting my first shotgun under my certificate in May when i turn 15. I do nearly all types of hunting, ferreting, lamping, working dogs, shooting, airgunning, trapping. But to top it off i started as a ferreter at the age of 8 and started buying Sporting gun and Sporting shooter and that led me to do a lot more forms of hunting.

    Funny enough, the first shot i had on it was a that jack doo which i peached in the head and that was the first shot with it in about 5 months.

    Heres a few pic of my flighting pond that i will be feeding until next shooting season, i have put some cover down for the duck, and have got a deckoy duck on the smaller pond and will soon be feeding the pond with some barley.     Thanks lads! Have just finished off putting cover around my dads pond in the field for the ducks and will be shooting it next season. Will put some pics of it up later!

    Went out this morning with the 20 and only walked about 100 yds around the field and a dove was curciling around me about 30foot in the sky and i put the bead around half a foot infront and bang it was stone dead on the floor, loved it. Heres a pic

    Well the barrel was fully choked and the terrier had a go on it, but only one shot.

    Well got to my dads this morning and helped him fill some pot holes then went out with the 20bore, and in a matter of seconds i bagged a jack doo, one of the best shots i have even done, the top beak was broken due to the pellets hitting it straight in the head with a instant kill, i awell please If you look carefully, you can see that the beak has broken due to the pellets.

    When i used to shoot with an air gun my best was 3 ferals 1 rat 1 hare and 4 rabbits. Bit of a mix i know

    Here is a pic of a slip lead that i make and sell.
