    Hi, i have still got some slip lead left if anyone wants some.     its not a freeking half hitch you knot nazis its a clove hitch and calling it a half hitch confuses people and people lose rabbits. Calm thr f**k down you spoilt shit, just beacuse i got thr name of the knot wrong doesnt mean you have tio start WW3, show next time just say politely.

    Well just got back from cheking them and the one in the photo had be knocked and the other hadent been touched, but on the bright side, there are two canada geese on my pond and they are still there, there not afraid of me either, i was walking about 30yds away from them.

    Theres sh*t loads in my ponds, been to check the snares thismorning and had a quick look at the frog spawn and they look asif they wont be long until they turn into tadpoles.

    Well the other night i had a look out side my dads house with the lamp becaus the dog was barking and i knew wat was there and i was right, charlie down the bottom of the feild by my ponds so i watched him run a fence line and today i have set a snare where i had seen him run and others around the farm, hopefully i will have caught him so wishe me luck guys !

    Hi mate. Are you using pegs on the fence wires to secure your snares? Try doing a half hitch knot onto the fencline, much easier and strong too.

    I'll have a look out for them. i shot two foxes with Eley VIP bismuth no.5 (knowing they are heavier than lead) at about 10/15yrds and gave both vboth barrels to make sure. But not only are they really quite dear (only for ducks). I think no.4 will gove me just that lil bit more "umph" to do the job till i save up for a decent 12bore Side by side ( the only one to use in my opiion) Sorry guy its Cylinder & 1/4 (not 3/4) but still rifled slug is a bit much and shouldnt think you'd fit enough AAA or BB in a 20 with 2 3/4 chambers/. Bismuth is lighter and more brittle than Lead I
