The Heroes will need more than help with conservative in power, they will put us slap bang in the center of many wars IMO. I know Mcmillan Nurses work like angels and gave my cousin so much help as she was dying of cancer, the support was unbelievable. Good luck and what ever you choose will be a worthy cause im sure. Right I am thinking of taking part in the Kilamanjaro challenge, and I want to know names of worthwhile charities, so far I am thinking of raising it for either Help for Heroes, Dogs Trust or Cancer research UK. Ca anyone else list other charities that I can take a look at that arent their purely to line the pockets of their staff. Joe

Good news I forgot to say, the competition will be based on both size AND quality of the pumpkin! I will not be judging (otherwise I would win ) So we will need a judge sooner the time, I am thinking one of the mods, but we will decide that sooner the time. Joe

Ours are in poles I have 7 poles. Dont have a clue how big that is but its a fair size.

Right fellow members, just wondering if anyone would be interested in a pumpkin growing competition this year? I grow pumpkins every year and do believe mine are fantastic. Anyone that wants to enter in the competition then please put your name down here!, pictures throughtout your growing season would be great! but the most important bit is the end product. I will sort out a prize not sure what yet though. The results have to be in by October 31st yep thats right halloween, as that is my favourite time of the year! I just watched The Boxer for the 1st time about the jailed IRA man and how he rebuilt his boxing career. I have to say I think it is one of the best films I have seen, sad aswell but a good film. I hate the IRA even more but yeah a good film, anyone else seen it? what did you think of it? Joe

I've done 2 years of animal care, my 2 strongest subjects was exotics (fish included) and canine behaviour, but I am in no way an expert just more knowlegable than you lot on here, put together haha, No seriously I have a hell of a lot to learn and pieces of paper mean nothing to me, it's all about experience in your chosen subject. Anyway I can tell you yes that tank looks a bit small for the size of the fish, and yes they do grow to the size of the tank and yes it can mess up there insides, but I wouldn't worry to much about that, if you can move them to a bigger tank, if not then t

Nipper, Bandit and Rebel Nipper because when I 1st got him all he ever did was nip me. Bandit because he ambushes you from the top level of the court and jumps on your head.
