thanks for the replies the vet asked me to bring her back the end of the week if she was still the same,last night and today her appitites returned and her milk has dried up,ile keep an eye on her but hopefully she will be ok regards diggory.

got a young terrier bitch here having a phantom,shes off her food,restless, this is the first time ive had this with a bitch although ive been into terriers for 25 yrs ,anyone been through this,how long it lasts,tips ,etc, ps ive had her to the vets regards diggory

Dear Ian i dont access the sight but my partner does and although im not usually interested in country persuits i have on the odd occasion peered at the page and have found myself asking all sorts of questions about the things you lot get up to ,and i have to say i have found it very interesting and learned lots about hunting,breeding and general welfare of the animals and how much folk on here care passionately for their animals welfare and welbeing. iIt has really opened my eyes to the fact that without hunters and hunting we would be over-run with vermin and there would be a hell of a lot

i have to agree a good nose is THE main attribute to a good terrier .if the dog cant find its quarry then it cant stay,be hard etc. the most memorable days personally are the ones where the dog has found in a large difficult earth till dug to !

you thought of blocking/stinkin out these harder earths ? into the surrounding earths .just something the old terrier boys used to do .manage your permission so to speak ! also whilst most staff cross terriers imo bite harder than a non staff cross they are by no means any gamer than a dog with no bull in it jmo ps some of the most gamest dogs i have seen have no recent bull blood in them.
