My pup from sme litter as wezza's. Really happy with her, 21inch to shoulder, keen as mustard.

Great photos of some tough ground for dogs to run... Fuji-just an occupational hazard then. Suppose it shows no matter what terrain like there always dangers for any dog.

That's some rough ground dai... Fuji just out of interest is it that type of ground your collie x lost his eye? That's always my biggest worry is the fallen timer sticking out at head height for the dog.

Same as king, there loads of that terrain local to me, never much there though other than the odd fox and a few squirrel. ?

If you could get the coat and attitude of the patt into a nice racy 20-23inch frame I could see that being a handy dog for anyone. I'd definitely have one in the future.

No Craig she not got the roach back. I'm just gonna ease back a little and leave her develop some more just keep to jumping smaller obstacles for a month or. She's a fair bit heavier built than other dogs I had, first runner I've had with any bull blood and I was a little concerned that may be the reason? Thanks for replys and advice.

started my 9month old bull x whipet pup jumping last month or so and I've noticed she doesn't seem as, how do I put it, 'springy' as other dogs I've had. She's around the 21inch mark, and is pretty quick and gets up ok. But as I've been increasing the height she seems to be struggling to clear the fences a little. I've had small dogs in the past that have had no problem clearing same heights as bigger dogs, but this one my heart is in my mouth if she goes over anything with barbed wire. Any ideas on why this could be? Should I leave her mature another couple of months or just let her find her

Just keep in mind that sometime vets have an ulterior motive with what's their telling you...what I mean by that is £500 is not a bad little pick earner for them...just something to bear in mind that vets are perhaps not always the most honest when it comes to the most effective treatments...not all of them but imo their definitely out there.

Been thinking of getting a couple of Jill's to improve sport a little with the pup and get some runs local. Is it ever too late to break to ferrets? I know I should have done this as a pup but tbh I never intended working with them. Recently been doing more day time and it's something I've been considering but will it be too much of a risk with doc at 9 month of age?

I've not seen any abuse other than from the lad himself. As I've said before if your making a post on a public forum then the whole point is that people will post their personal opinions in reply, otherwise there is no forum. If those post are showing off your new pup or dog and a week or so later you've got rid then I would of thought it would be fairly likely people are gonna reply on that same thread with their opinions/comments. I agree this has got a bit petty but by putting posts out there surely we are all inviting others input/comments and criticisms? I'm sure the lad isn't bother
